Though for the new post indication image thingies you should probably just make your own little square images or something basic like that, those default ones look ugly as hell in that design. I have yet to see improvements except for a theoretical more reliability. Also Irish probably just thought it looked ugly and different. Especially different. "Growing pains" if you will.
