My Tulpa's first word was "Mary" when I was trying to decide what I wanted her name to be while forcing. It was a very wonderful moment, and I couldn't help but want to jump up excitedly saying "I can hear you! I can hear you!"

The first word Rebecca said was simply saying hi back to me when I greeted her a couple weeks in. Her first full sentence was when she changed her name a little while later.
