A few questions about having a Tulpa

Hey, I was linked to this website on another forum a while back, and I started reading a few of the guides, first out of curiosity, and then out of interest of having my own Tulpa. Though there were a few questions in my mind that I wanted to ask before I seriously began so I wouldn't screw something up, or get demotivated in the middle.

1. I'm planning on doing the FAQ Man's method, which doesn't involve a Wonderland. Is this OK for a beginner like me, and would the lack of a Wonderland have any effect on the Tulpa?

2. Should the time of 'Tulpaforcing' be consistent, or does it not really matter? For example, could I do it at 4 PM one day, 8 PM the next, and 11 AM the next, or should I aim to keep it all around 5 PM daily, or something?

3. Should a Tulpa's form be realistic and humanoid, or can it be anything within human comprehension? For example, would it be OK if I had my Tulpa look like a Kirby Enemy, or a Pony from MLP? Also, if anyone has a Tulpa that's Cartoony, how does it look, like one of those photoshopped pictures with a Cartoon Character edited in, or something more realistic?

4. How will I know if I'm doing the process correctly? Like, how will I know that I have successfully completed a step, and can move on and focus on personality, form, etc.? Also, how do you know if you are genuinely not parroting, and that all of the responses are organic?

5. How does a Tulpa interact with the outside world? I know they're simply in you head, but will you see them stare at objects and ask what they are, look in fishtanks, watch movies, read opened books, etc.? And if so, how do they normally react, if they do?

6. Now this question is more out of curiosity, but has anyone ever tried to pursue a romantic relationship with a Tulpa? That's something I've been wondering. And if so, how did the Tulpa react, and how did it turn out?

7. How do family and friends tend to react when you tell them you have a Tulpa, or is it better just to keep the Tulpa a secret to everybody?

8. How does a Tulpa react to a Servitor? And can a Servitor be imposed into reality?

9. Once you impose a Tulpa into Reality, will it always be there by your side subconsciously, offering witty commentary when it feels like it, or will you have to constantly impose it, and ask it questions and such to get a reaction out of it?

10. Is it worth all the hours to have a Tulpa? And how big of an impact would you say they've had on your like?

Sorry if these are a ton of questions, I'm just really curious and interest, and thanks in advance!

1. Doesn't matter.

2. Doesn't matter.

3. Doesn't matter.

4. For personality, you will know their personality inside and out. For visualization, you will be able to fully see them in your mind's eye. For voice, you will be able to hear them. For imposition, they will be there.

5. They can interact with the world as much as you, they just can't move things around.

6. Yes, and it's theorized that your tulpa will always have at least a bit of attraction towards you.

7. You're schizophrenic and need attention.

8. You're keeping slaves.

9. You won't have to constantly think about it, it will just be there like a normal person, except it isn't a normal person because it's a tulpa.

10. Yes. A lot.

Phi pretty much answered it all. In regards to question 3, whether it looks cartoony or realistic is entirely up to you. Generally it's easier to visualize but harder to impose cartoony tulpas, and it's harder to visualize but easier to impose a realistic tulpa. It's entirely up to your preference. It's also best to keep your tulpa a secret. Regular people aren't as accepting of new ideas as we are, and will either call you stupid, insane, take you to a psychiatrist, or all 3. And it's absolutely worth the time to make a tulpa. It'd still be worth the time if it took 5 times as long.

1. Does not matter.

2. Does not matter when you tulpaforce, just how much.

3. Have you read anywhere on the forum? You can make anything you well please.

4. Complete and total understanding of personality to the point where it's completely and totally related to the mere mention or their name. Parallel processing tests exist to see if one is parroting or not.

5. They can perceive, but not interact.

6. Once again, have you read anywhere on the forum at all? Several people are in romantic relationships.

7. They'll think you have an issue if they're not like-minded. Just keep things simple and don't tell.

8. Like they're a servant or something, and yeah, servs can be imposed.

9. They don't need prompting to do things, even before fully imposed.

10. Definitely worth it. Clair has had a very large impact on my life, even to the point of giving me a reason to live during creation.

Piece of advice, buddy: Lurk moar. Read up. A lot of these were stereotypical "ignorant newb questions" which happen to not evoke nice responses, since they could be answered just by lurking around and reading up more.

1. Doesn't matter.

2. Times don't matter, just how much you do it. Shoot for forcing every day if possible.

3. You can make literally anything you can imagine. Sky's the limit.

4. There are some anti-parroting tests you can use, also lurk some more to see what others are using as milestones.

5. They can look but they can't touch, and they'll most probably act like a kindergartener at first.

6. Yes, I'm in one with my tulpa (Luna), and TOG is in one with Clair.

7. Unless it's someone you trust to not be a total douchebag about it, don't tell anyone. If you do tell your close friends, don't freak out or anything if they aren't interested at all.

8. Servitors can be imposed, I've had extensive experience with them. Swing by my progress report thread if you're looking to read some fucked-up stuff.

9. If it's imposed you should be able to see it, though if you have a wonderland they might go chill there until you call them to your side.

10. Welcome to Tulpa Fortress 2. After over nine years in development, hopefully it will have been worth the weight. But seriously, Luna has done more for me than I could possibly ever repay her for (helping me overcome my autism, pushing me to be a better person, being a source of love and companionship when I need it, etc.).

1-10) Doesn't matter

You should think about solving these issues your self and do a lot more lurking. The only advice I'm gonna give you is to try everything because everyone does it differently. There are plenty of guides too look at.

1. Not everyone uses a Wonderland, but some people benefit from it. A lot of us even use methods close to FAQ's but still use a Wonderland. If you look around the Progress Report section you'll find most people use their own method anyway.

2. You don't have to set aside any specific time but it could help your discipline if you do so. You want to try and do it every day if you can, and setting aside the time couldn't hurt.

3. It could be anything, and you'll find that a lot of our tulpae here range from human to MLP pony to fantastic creatures out of the forcer's imagination.

4. You know you're doing things correctly and making progress when components of your tulpa become relatively consistent (still allowing for deviation), can be recalled at any moment, and feel "right" between you and your tulpa. You know you're not parroting when your tulpa says and does things that you wouldn't expect and is able to act and exist independently of your influence.

5. They have senses the same as you do and can see, hear, and feel the world as you do, except that they can't actually touch or physically influence things or be seen or heard by other people. How they react to things depends on their personality but don't be surprised if they're easily entertained and amused at first.

6. Some around here have and could tell you more than I could. Lauren and I are closer to siblings than anything romantic.

7. I haven't told any friends or family, only online friends. It seems like the younger users who tell their parents are met with pressure to stop the process. How people you know would interact depends on them, though.

8. A servitor can be imposed the same as a tulpa. How a tulpa reacts to a servitor depends on the tulpa.

9. Once your tulpa is sentient and vocal, they'll pop up with commentary or conversation whenever they want, including when you're going to sleep. Once you start imposing them, they'll appear when they want too.

10. It is very much worth it to invest the time, in my opinion. I've spent more than a month so far (working on imposition now) and it took nearly a hundred hours to have Lauren sentient and vocal, but it's been worth it. I think Lauren has influenced my life for the better. She's already made me more motivated, more social, more positive, and I laugh more and just enjoy life more now that she's around.

1. I like my wonderland for a few reasons. It gives my tulpa someplace to be between sessions, and things she can do if bored when I'm not around. It provides more opportunities for the tulpa to demonstrate sentience; I have a beach, and a whiteboard, so she can make sandcastles and draw/write things. It also functions as a stable place that I'm quite used to visualizing and daydreaming in now.

2-9. already adequately answered

10. Very much yes, and she's just starting to become vocal and seeming more alive than ever. Earlier in the process, some of her personality began to rub off on me.

Also, amazingly early in sentience (before I thought she was, actually), she stopped a sinus headache I had, seconds after I told her about it and how she wouldn't be able to do anything about it because it's a physical thing. This led me to figure out how to do it (and block perception of some other pain as well) myself, though it still seems to work better when she does it.
