That depends on what you believe. I personally don't believe in an afterlife, but if there is one, I'm sure that Markus will get the good side of it. There is, as far as I know, no mention of tulpas in any major religious texts so it seems to be subject to the hosts belief. If you believe that simply being a person allows one to have a soul, then I would say that your tulpa would have a soul, just like anyone else. If you believe that you can only have a soul if you have some sort of corporeal form, then your tulpa would not have a soul. That being said, if you feel like your tulpa is truly a part of you, then they could stick around for the afterlife. These are two possibilities that I've just thought up but there are plenty of beliefs that you could hold. It's all up to you, in the end :)

Hope I helped! Good luck in your endeavors!

Markus is the tulpa, and I don't really have anything else to say.

Do a search for tulpas and death and you'll find a ton of threads tackling the subject. You should be able to find a lot of opinions there

They die. Each interpretation of each religion will have a different take on what happens after. I personally like to think they're separate souls, though created from and in some way linked to mine.

Typically discussions of religion go in the Metaphysics and Parapsychology board since the main on-topic areas are for discussion from the psychological/scientific standpoint. That and discussions of religion often devolve into holy wars. I'm moving it there and leaving a temporary redirect so you can find it.

No one knows what happens if we die. I think its like before you were born you are just dead and thats it. Its not good and not bad its just nothing. Maybe im right maybe im wrong i dont know the answer but i spend some years to find a religion and its in my opinion just creation by humans to explain something they cant know. Its ok if you belive in it but i wouldnt spend to much time living your life for the dead. You and your tulpa of course should life to life and enjoy it.

My feeling is that unless you have to programmed it to die with you, your tulpa will survive your death. The so called curse of King Tut may have been a tulpa protecting the tomb. The next logical question is "Do I still have control over my tulpa in death?" The answer I think is still yes. So no real need to worry on either account.
