Has anyone done any experiments in this area?

I have a picture of my Tulpa Jesse on my wall where I imagine Jesse being and my two cats are highly reacting to this spot as if they know he's there.

I'll be patting them and they will actually leave me at times after only a few pats and walk straight over to Jesse and just stand there before him purring as if to get a pat from him and start nosing his picture where Im imagining him imposed over. (nosing him in the same way they nose me).

And then the other day I said to the cat as I was patting it "Where's Jesse?" and sure enough, it immediately left me and goes straight to him again as if getting a pat there. (I assume Jesse which I cant see much yet must of encourage the cat over when I said that, I made Jesse an animal lover as one of his qualities).

They've only just started doing this since I've been working on him more to try to get him imposed.

Working on imposition

I would suggest having this in the metaphysical section. Most people on here seem to be skeptics to this kind of thing, since they regard imposed tulpae as hallucinations.

Anyway, they could just be really interested in the drawing you have. Try having your tulpa stand somewhere else to see if they go to him or the drawing.

House cats are attention-craving creatures, and my guess is that they've noticed how much you're paying attention to (insert object or area) and not them. Probably a mix of that and other things.

We've actually done research on this before, and it was pretty unanimous that cats didn't sense tulpas' actions - even in my personal experience, when my imposition skills were at their peak, Flandre practically jumping on my cat while yelling didn't even make her ear twitch.

Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn.

Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature.

My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.

Animals have long been known to be able to see or sense non-physical entities. It's a wide spread idea that animals can see ghosts, fairies, demons, etc.

My cat lays on all of my stuff. If I set my coat down on a chair, she lays on it, if I put down my teacher bag she climbs up on it to lay on it. If I set a book on the table she lays on it. She sleeps in the laundry basket or the sink and drinks out of the toilet (yuck). She sheds cat hair everywhere and sometimes poops on the floor, missing her litterbox by about a foot. She completely ignores my portraits of Melian. Melian says "kitty kitty" in my head but the cat seems unaware of my thoughtform calling to her. Melian must be uninteresting.

I have often been perceived by animals.
