Shulk June 1, 2015 June 1, 2015 I haven't been Tulpaforcing for a half a year now because, well... I've been forcing for years actually and I haven't got anything but several headaches here and there. I do want to have a Tulpa but I did it so much that I forgot about visualizing my Tulpa somehow. I do still go adventures with her in my mind though. (She is based on one of the most adventurous Fallout ponies in the fanfiction universe after all. Why would I ever stop playing games with her?) Anyways, back to what I wanted to talk about. A while back, I heard some strange experiences, and some things personally that I am afraid of and I wanna know if someone can debunk these rumors. 1. (My own curiousity) Tulpas can't hurt you when they're mad at you as I know that but can they haunt you with your fears let's say by deforming their faces to the point where they freak the crap out of you being forced to see that face and following you everywhere you go with the face for the rest of your life? (Because Tulpas live with you until death I heard) 2. Can a Tulpa affect an Ouiji board by any means? 3. What if "you" hated the Tulpa? I am not saying I hate my Tulpa, but what if someone hated their Tulpa? How would their Tulpa respond? 4. I recalled a log from a long time ago, in between the time I was tulpaforcing that their tulpa got mad at him for a reason that I don't remember, for that, the host did not see the Tulpa for a while but could feel some presence even though she is gone. Later on, The mother came to his mom and asked him why he broke her necklace. He did not remember breaking her necklace from the time and said that it could of been his Tulpa taking over his body and breaking his mom's possessions because she was mad at the host. My question about this is... What the heck is going on here? Is this real or made up? 5. Does anyone encounter any strange paranormal (Besides that he/she/it is your subconcious in a body) when making a Tulpa? I'm asking this because a guy on Omegle was trying to get me into not making a Tulpa because "freaky shit happens." and said that he had done it before and regretted ever doing it. Geno will definitely be in Smash. Definitely. As the 3rd earthbound rep.
Elvode June 1, 2015 June 1, 2015 1.If they want to they probably could but not for long and definitely not for the rest of your life, since it's your mind, you are in total control of it, you decide if you want a tulpa or not, if it's just gonna haunt and do crappy things which I don't understand why they would, you can just discard the tulpa. They are in general very kind beings. 2. I think there's a discussion about that here somewhere if you search for it, I know I have seen it. 3. I think the tulpa would most likely feel very sad and become depressed, no one wants to feel hated really, perhaps it would just leave and not come back. 4. Probably made up, a tulpa can't really do possession unless the host is "letting go" of the body completely, and what is described there sounds more like a switch which can't really be done either if the tulpa do not have permission. 5. I would say that is fake too, you shouldn't trust or listen to people on omegle, they say all kinds of shitty stuff that's not true. I don't know what kind of stuff would be paranormal really, I've lived with mine for 13 years soooo everything to me is normal that comes with it. If it's like paranormal freaky bad stuff, that just wont happen. It's more like fun stuff happening. **Proud to be a drug free thoughtform!**

If they're doing this, ask them what's wrong. If you did something, then apologize (sincerely). They're probably trying to get your attention. 2. Maybe if they possess your hand. You do know it's your hand moving it, right? 3. They would probably sad and angry that you hate them. After all, you are the one that made them. You shouldn't hate them. 4. I assume this is fake. Most tulpae have to actively learn with the host how to possess or switch, then how to properly use a human body. I don't think a tulpa would be so upset as to try to ruin their host's life. It would essentially be ruining their life, too. 5. I tend to think that most paranormal occurrences only happen to those who believe it will happen. I believe in the paranormal, but I don't think tulpae are paranormal. Nothing paranormal (and tulpa related) has happened to me. Just remember that they're a part of your mind, not some alternate plane.
sushi June 1, 2015 June 1, 2015 1. (My own curiousity) Tulpas can't hurt you when they're mad at you as I know that but can they haunt you with your fears let's say by deforming their faces to the point where they freak the crap out of you being forced to see that face and following you everywhere you go with the face for the rest of your life? (Because Tulpas live with you until death I heard) In the book Hypnotism by G. H. Estabrooks, he describes how he imposed a bear to entertain him when he was confined to a hospital bed. Later on though, the bear would appear to him when he was alone on a darkened street, which could give him quite a scare. He unimposed the bear, which took several months, but it solved the problem. Alexandra David-Neel did the same thing when her tulpa started to scare her. 2. Can a Tulpa affect an Ouiji board by any means? The skeptical belief on ouija boards is that the messages are coming from the unconscious minds of the participants. So yeah, a tulpa could affect them, but you'd have the subconscious minds of the other people involved affecting the board too, because you can't use a ouija board alone. If you're looking for a way to communicate with a tulpa who isn't vocal yet, try a pendulum instead. It's essentially the same thing, but one-player. 3. What if "you" hated the Tulpa? I am not saying I hate my Tulpa, but what if someone hated their Tulpa? How would their Tulpa respond? The same way as any person would, if they had to live with you 24/7. 4. I recalled a log from a long time ago, in between the time I was tulpaforcing that their tulpa got mad at him for a reason that I don't remember, for that, the host did not see the Tulpa for a while but could feel some presence even though she is gone. My question about this is... What the heck is going on here? Is this real or made up? Possibly he has DID our schizophrenia. Otherwise, I don't believe he broke the necklace. Some people with lots of experience with switching say that their tulpas can switch without their permission, but I don't know of anyone who says their tulpa can switch without their knowledge. I wonder of that's the same guy on omegle that I talked to. But no. I think if you go into it being afraid of it, your tulpa will give you something to fear. But otherwise, I don't think you'll experience anything of the sort. So there's nothing to fear but fear itself. "Some things have to be believed to be seen." - Ralph Hodgson
Stevie June 1, 2015 June 1, 2015 1. The whole "tulpa's face fucking up" seems to be a pretty common theme in creepypasta, because for some reason the internet is obsessed with spooky faces. But more than that, what would a tulpa have to gain by scaring the shit out of its host? Also, imposition is hard man, so hard. If you have the dedication and time to spend on imposition, you probably have a great relationship with your tulpa, and that just wouldn't happen. RE: tulpas living with you until death, eh, I view it more as a situation where if you mutually don't wanna hang together anymore, you don't have to, and that's okay. 2. See sushi's answer, my knee jerk reaction was to be like nah, definitely not, but I didn't know about the unconscious' effects on that type of stuff 3. How does a person respond when you hate them? It's gonna vary. There's no broad generalization you can make about tulpas, because they're as individual as the people who make them. 4. Sounds like pasta. 5. Lol omegle We're all gonna make it brah.
