Good morning

We have thousands of members who can prove that "Tulpas are poltergeists that throw out negative or crazy energy everywhere" stuff is nonsense. Tulpas are basically advanced imaginary friends, a natural capability of the brain to simulate another person you've imagined thoroughly, and with lots of community-devised techniques for shaping and improving the experience.

Read guides and be consistent with following them along, you'll probably end up with some kind of progress eventually. Experiment and do different things from different guides. The binaural stuff can help with some people, but not all. A lot of the different stuff and suggestions can be personal, and there's no magic bullet to doing this, other than maybe just being really consistent. I would ignore the occult stuff you attached if you're not typically into that stuff. It'd only serve to cause unnecessary fear and mess with the creation process at this stage. A lot of it, such as the neat distinction between each of the entity classes, the implication of them being like pokemon with one stage leading to the next, and the statement that you're enslaving a portion of your own soul which will later try to kill you, are either stuff that a lot of occultists don't have complete proof on, really simplified, or closer to fearmongering (the trying to kill the host part). If you do have an occult/metaphysical outlook on this stuff, or are interested in it, do your own research and read actual books, and not just copy pasta stuff from 4chan. Once you do, you'll have a much better understanding on your servitor vs tulpa concern. Be careful about people casually mixing occult terms and concepts with materialist ('everything is just in the brain') concepts - this is often not done by someone who's familiar with both fields/philosophies, but by more ignorant people trying to shoehorn one field into the other, who end up creating a lot of misinformation in the process. The only thing to worry about is if you're mentally unstable and very distressed/dysfunctional most of the time. If you are like that, take tulpamancy really slow, or not do it at all.

First walk in as long as I can remember, probably thanks to 60mg vyvanse lasting more like 6 hours than 4 ... vs 40mg, huh. I didn't expect a simple mathematical ratio

Good morning, everyone! 😊 I'd be happy to see that! 😊 That sucks. Yeah, definitely don't do that.

We're taking it as a positive. We haven't contributed much recently and there's always a lot of good contributions here especially recently. Thanks for all you've done for the community.

If multiple services of yours got hacked, assuming you didn't use the exact same password there's a high chance you have a virus Run a full scan (tick "Scan for rootkits") with Malwarebytes (you can ignore all the premium and any free trial stuff) Otherwise you got hacked elsewise like through site leaks and your stuff was sold in a big list to hackers, but if you got hacked in two different places at once that is almost for sure not it
-
Hey, sorry to see you go and good luck with whatever you do next. I've always appreciated your input here, you've had plenty of interesting contributions.

I didn't click anything :(( my insta also got hacked but I recovered both. mostly. Words to the wise, don't go to sketchy piracy sites while high and sleep deprived.
-
acceptable I guess

Tulpas? In my forum? Yeah they're fine

GER Sucks you got hacked on discord, I assume you clicked a link from a compromised account

I focused on an image to create a tulpa in 2011. The only response I got were weird dreams. The tulpa was in those weird dreams, I also woke up from the weird dream by feeling something electric like an electric shock. Those were the only response I got from that tulpa. So was it an uncompleted tulpa since I didn't hear anything in those dreams except someone was narrating those dreams like an old pc. My questions are what should I do to complete that tulpa and how much time should I focus on the image of that tulpa to get results. Also will focusing on the image of the tulpa with brainwave meditation soundwaves binaural beats alone help me to get results faster and if no what should I do more?? My final question will the method I used like focusing on an image with binaural beats sound wave create a tulpa or a servitor?

Definitely a place for tulpas to talk Edit: I made this post with only like six brain cells available, pretty impressive I think
-
Yeah but post
-
I should get my fellow tulpa’s to talk here when we wake up later.

The vyvanse isn't for my sleep schedule, though it would be nice if it helped..
-
Working in events means that my sleep schedule is a greek tragedy but I still haven't had the need to take medications for it That being said, I managed to fall asleep for 6-7 :^) more hours and now I must drive
-
Slept 4 hours Seems like either from vyvanse or attempting to fix sleep schedule I cannot sleep through the night unless it's basically cold in my room, which will never happen as my room passively heats up constantly and I am not sleeping with my window open (I open it before bed/when I wake up from being too hot but have to run my air filter for the duration and close it before going back to bed, which apparently did not work three or one hour ago so) Took a 60mg vyvanse to just not be miserable through the night, and maybe this is long enough before bed...

No worries about the PTSD, I got over it. Trauma is in the eye of the beholder, and I decided to just lock in. I'll give a rough timeline. ~Early 2010s: Tulpa creation to full visualization, vocalization, using an non-focused approach. I ended up with, at the time, some spooky looking white-haired cheerful lady. ~Mid 2010s: Life picked up, the works. Stopped really interacting with my Tulpa actively but it, at the time, was always there. Just lurking. Present, but respectful. Then to now: Life picked up more, new job. Even though I had long forgotten I had created a Tulpa, I noticed an encouraging presence within myself when I felt down. Telling me to pick myself back up. Last year: Several incidents, ended up going into psychosis. Tulpa's form dissipated quite a bit, yet the voice was the same. Helped me through my own psychotherapy when I was too mentally weak to fight my own demons. Does this count as cheating? Either way, it worked out for me. Kinda.
