Undertale Anyone?

tbh undertale is still kinda popular, just more... underground ig! (which, wordplay is not lost on me here)

there are a fair amt of undertale content nowadays, just,,, hiding in ut based places like discords n stuff -w- 

tho yea, some nostalgia for when it was at it's highest! im a lil thankful it's calmed down now though

   Oh same, after I got out of being super obsessed with it having it everywhere was a bit overwhelming. 

 

   From what I've seen a lot of the Undertale community that's still around is about AUs and stuff like that, which is cool and all, but its hard for me to get into them. There's only been a couple I've really enjoyed enough to seek out content for (Storyshift is by far my favorite), which pretty much locks me out of most Undertale-centric spaces nowadays... but considering how old the game is, I don't expect the fandom to be the same as it was when I was in it. 

 

   Mordecai actually used to be based on Sans until he turned around two, if I remember correctly? Even though he doesn't look like him anymore, I still associate It's Raining Somewhere Else with him, haha. Its definitely one of our most nostalgic songs.

that's fair! we liked the original game but we admit that we've branched out to AUs as we ran outta content to consume. at the very least theres Deltarune now! it's not the same at UT but that doesn't mean it's bad (the opposite actually), and they share a lot of concepts and vibes.

also pretty neat! copy, ghost, n corrupt were based off utau characters i had before, the latter two are direct-ish copies n copy is uh,, well they used to be corrupt's character, but changed really quick into forming haha. we also have an introject directly off canon chara; course all of them are their own people, and i'll never expect them to be exactly like who our brain imagined them to be, but they also seem pretty fine with their identities (all of them aside from copy are what one would call fictives i believe!) soo yea :>
