A question to those who have formed a tulpa

 

Did you have any prior experience before making one ...such as visualisation, you were a hypnotist etc?

Two years of various mental training excersises pertaining to a certain form of energy working that was fully centered around working the mind to its full potential. They helped with everything from visualizing better to easily trancing.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

I used to dabble in self-hypnosis and the like, which seems to make forcing easier sometimes.

Pull ups, push ups, runs, sparring, etc.

My parents taught me relaxation and meditation techniques when I was a child, and I've had experience writing. Both helped.
