Like I said, the only issue that I had with this guide was caught by others before I got to the thread, so I have nothing to add here. Approved for Guides.

We have been working on this exercises for 4 day now, we are having sections in de morning and before sleep. This is helping a great deal to rebuild our bound. I'd recommend this! :)
