Chupi February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 Got an idea for a tulpa challenge? Post it in this thread. Some ideas that have been posted and mentioned in community meetings: active force in a meditational way for some number of hours in a week (for beginners)let your tulpa possess and draw a dinosaur (or, draw something together with mutual possession)have your tulpa make dinner (either in wonderland or through possession)explore an unknown area of your wonderlandlet your tulpa write an analysis of a poem or other literaturehave tulpa recite a poem or sing a songplay chess or other game with tulpawrite a story togetherplay video games through possession (Beginner: Cookie Clicker. Intermediate: Turn based RPG. Advanced: FPS or similar. Also advanced: Get better at it than the host is.)memory recallpain reductiontime dilation (very advanced)imagine a conversation with your tulpa from the future (see this post)go someplace with your tulpa (can be anything, a short walk-and-talk, a drink at the bar, a date, etc.) Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
Vos February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 I'd like to see something done for pain reduction and time dilation in the future, but it might be good if we kept that for later on.
Luminesce February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 Advanced: Do this meditation exercise, and have your tulpas do it too, or mix it up and do the exercise with your past, present and future tulpa's selves instead. I'm not sure which works best when tulpas are involved really. Basically, you imagine talking to your tulpa(s) from the future, scale of time will vary by person but a few years both ways seems good if applicable, in an exercise for setting goals and visualizing what success looks like, or simply think of the developments they could've made in that time. It's usually rather insightful as you get an idea of what you and your tulpa want to accomplish/become in the future, and what that might look like. Then, you do the opposite - you imagine your tulpa from the past, again the time will vary by person but a few years is best if possible. You can speak to them about whatever you like, but it seems answering their questions about the future is the most gratifying (or perhaps eye-opening) practice. It's also a good opportunity to explore how things have changed and think about how they used to be. I recommend having a conversation with your actual present-tulpa afterward. While I don't like the idea of trying to keep the challenges "short and concise" considering they're about exploration and insight, I'll try and write a more organized version should this be used. [hidden]Advanced: Imagine a conversation between yourself and your tulpa(s) from the future, preferably years from now but whatever time best fits your experience with tulpamancy. Discuss what's happened, changed, or been accomplished in that time and get an idea of what you guys would like their development to look like and what to work towards. Your present tulpa may participate in the conversation or not. Then, imagine a conversation with your tulpa from the past - again preferably as far back as you can go where they're still sentient. Discuss what's happened (or not happened) since that time. Answer their questions about the future, and compare how things once were to how they are now. Again, your present tulpa may or may not participate. Afterward, discuss the experiences with your present tulpa(s), judging your progress up until this point and whether or not things need to change to meet your desired future, and if so develop plans towards it.[/hidden] Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
Guest Anonymous February 8, 2016 February 8, 2016 Do a piece of art together or have your tulpa do art. Forcing via collaborative art https://community.tulpa.info/thread-forcing-forcing-via-collaborative-art?pid=128993#pid128993 This could be even a beginner challenge as the host imagines what the tulpa would like to draw or paint and talks to the tulpa during the work together.
RamaLlama February 12, 2016 February 12, 2016 I like the dinner one because both beginners and advanced members can do it in different ways, either in wonderland, through possessing or letting their vocal tulpa tell them what to do. Something fun to do could also be taking your tulpa out for a "date", visit museum or grab a cup of coffee or a pint of beer together.

Chupi February 16, 2016 Author February 16, 2016 I have split 3 posts about what time dilation is and how to do it to here. Also RamaLlama, you should probably get out a bit more. A bit of fresh air really does help.
