My tulpas are always clothed under normal circumstances, there's no real reason not to be. Or to be. We're perfectly comfortable with nudity should it be remotely called for, as my tulpas don't exactly wear water-friendly clothes. And I just really don't like swimsuits. Probably due to negative connotations from perverts in the anime community, I simply don't see them as modest clothing anymore. We do usually wear underwear regardless, though. (In the male sense of the word, Lucilyn outright refused to wear a bra because she's basically flat chested and considers it "Completely pointless and stupid", in her own words. It's cool to have this as a nudity-discussion thread but I'm sure the OP was looking for actual nudists. ... I think if I had a body it would be like three times illegal to be nude in public.
