cruse July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 for example if i decided to go and play games for some hours and i definitely lost all attention towards my tulpa, would that be counter-productive? should i always "believe" that it's there, or a few hour per day is fine? Exceed July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 A few members have stated, that thinking constantly of/about your tulpa can help with the creation. Just act like it's always around. Tell them about what you are doing. Aloud or in your head, doesn't matter much. Some tulpa stated, that "forgetting them" made them feel lonely and uncomnfortable. Feel free to fuck up.
Mister_Moniker July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 At least from what I can tell, the more attention I pay to my tulpa during the day, the more responsive and active she is. You don't necessarily need to be focusing on them all the time, but they thrive off of attention. I've found that it helps to add little reminders for yourself to think about your tulpa. One example is to draw something on the palm of your hand that will help you remember. Moniker, Dream and the ensuing hilarity

QB2 July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 Paying attention to them is the best thing you can do. Even if you screw up everything else, enforcing their existence in this way is the base they absolutely need. The above post does not contain facts. q2's the host, QB's the tulpa.
Josh July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 I think of my tulpa all day. Of course, this also means I spend more time explaining to her why I have the stupidgrosswhathtefuckrandomsillysadangryohgodthiswordishurtingmyeyes thoughts that I do throughout the day. You know, after I explain myself, I'm often left with a very happy and lolwhathtefuckimsuchadork feeling that doesn't feel like it's from me. Is she...........laughing at me? lol
Exceed July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 Don't do that. Skip the nasty thoughs. Why would you put emphasis on it by explaining that shit? Feel free to fuck up.
Josh July 26, 2012 July 26, 2012 Not just nasty thoughts, silly. All my thoughts - funny, sad, whatever. I get the impression that she sees them anyway, So I help her understand why I have them. It's not like I can hide stuff from her. Might as well be honest about it. Isn't talking about that you see, think, and feel the definition of narration?

Remember that the end result is them being with you all the time. Why shouldn't that be the case now?
cruse July 27, 2012 Author July 27, 2012 So I tried talking to her while playing league of legends. Basically I was asking her "what should I buy?" and "should I chase after this crazy clown?". Got no response yet, perhaps it's because I actually forgot about her in some decisive moment in the game... Chloe - That cheerful girl with ponytail.
