I was tulpa forcing just 30minutes ago and I got an idea. Based on all the guides and post I've read, I realized tulpa must need a lot emotion to be created. And that this emotion must be slowly placed into your tulpa through forcing and narration. So I wondered if you could try getting those emotions to your tulpa a different way to speed up the process.

So I placed my tulpa in the wonderland I made and focused on another area I place my tulpa only when I force or narrate. I started thinking of a small ball, and I started trying to imagine my emotions going into the ball. I tried to think of times when I experienced a lot of emotion.

After I did this for about 5 minutes I brought my tulpa to this area I was concentrating at. I imagined the ball going into my tulpa and her absorbing it. As I did that I got a bad headache and some weird feeling went through my chest. I brought my tulpa back into the wonderland and wondered what happened. I either did something very good or bad because my tulpa had a weird expression on her face that I never seen before. Usually she just looks completely emotionless.

I didn't know what to think at first and I had sharp head pains. I stared at my tulpa wondering what just happened. I then went back into that separate area and started again. I believed that whatever happened was good. After maybe 10 minutes of doing this again my tulpa jumps into the area I was concentrating at and absorbed the ball again. I then got an intense falling sensation in my chest and stomach.

I still am have a headache and I don't know exactly what happened. I know this has to be more than placebo or something because of the feelings I got in my stomach and chest.

Has anyone ever had anything like this happen to them?

I didn't do something bad did I?

This is pretty much how I did personality, before my tulpa had a form or a wonderland.

Oh, good to know someone else tried this. Did you get that falling sensation too? That really shocked me.

This is probably very, very good.

A falling sensation, like what you had, is often reported just before somebody falls asleep. It's a signal from the brain that you're slipping into a different set of brainwaves. Theta waves, probably. The waves you start experiencing in sleep (not in REM though). That's good news, because being in theta is basically as meditative as you can get.

As for how that's going to help with tulpaforcing, well, that depends on the person. You'll probably have more productive sessions with better visualization, better tulpa response, faster sentience, etc. But there is no guarantee.

One thing to worry about: when you're in theta you're extremely close to falling asleep. Falling asleep while tulpaforcing will certainly lead to an ineffective session, and could possibly lead to some negative influences on the tulpa. I'm not sure how you could prevent this. Probably setting an alarm for your target tulpaforcing time would help, that way if you do slip off, you'll wake up before any harm is done. But, as I said, I'm not certain.

So I did something good? Awesome.

I tried talking to her and asking her questions. I asked her what she wanted to be called and I heard her talk back to me. She answered "Nola". So I guess this really did help me speed up creating a tulpa. I don't know if she will talk to me now, she seems like she is tired.

Heh, thinking of the period where you felt lots of emotion?

This seems interesting, don't mind if I borrow this trick?

Vixen - Half dragon female who looks like Mary in DMC3 when in human form.

No not at all. It worked very well for me and I don't see why it won't for you. My tulpa is actually able to answer yes/no questions now, it's not audible, but I can somehow tell it's not me parroting her. Also she can go to my different wonderlands I have. Before I would have to bring her there myself. She is asleep now and after I did this this she looked very tired for a while.

But you will get a massive headache from it. My head still hurts from doing this.

problem is, most of the time i remember me feeling lots of emotion was of a sad or painful one... i don't want to give those to my tulpa.

i tried using music too induce emotion instead, but it seems like i somehow not able to give those emotion to her.

i tried your way of focusing it into a ball and imagining my tulpa absorbing it. i also tried to actually keep those emotion in my body then grabs my tulpa hand in my mind and send the emotion to her. since i haven't got any headache at all, i might be doing it wrong.

Hmm, maybe explaining in a little more detail will help.

I tried clearing my mind before I started putting the emotions in a ball. My mind was completely clear of other thoughts. I thought of nothing but the emotions, nothing else whatsoever as I put them into the ball. I tried to only us happy emotions, but I don't have that many myself. Try recycling the same memory over and over. After a few minutes I was putting most of the emotion into the ball from just thinking of how the emotion feels, it was much easier the second time. Also, when I force I have a special place I do it where there is nothing but a black void, it may be easier to concentrate in a place like this, it is for me anyway. Maybe try that? I also imagine myself while i do it inside the void, I use it kind of like a catalyst, and I placed the ball into my tulpa myself if that makes a difference.

Just try as hard as you can to only focus on the emotion, and not so much the memory itself. Maybe you won't get a headache, but you should get some kind of a response from your tulpa. Does your tulpa seem tired? Mine seems to be completely exhausted.

I will try again tomorrow to see if I can replicate what I did, if my tulpa is rested enough by then. Maybe I can get a better idea of how exactly to do this after a few experiments.

i tried it during self-hypnosis, seems to work. i played the music i liked in my wonderland and put the emotino from that song into my tulpa. now it actually felt like the emotion went through every part of her body.

now when i try to impose her into the environment, she somehow seems to actually be breathing... not sure if i just puppetted her but somehow it's difference. no clear emotional response yet but yeah, self-hypnosis seems to work.
