Guest Anonymous August 12, 2016 August 12, 2016 I think I am totally a random person, which is why I joined the Discord group for random persons instead. I think they give out free cookies, balloons and beer to those that join (well, the tulpas get them in their wonderlands). The best part of all is you get to chat with me, Melian. Gods you are so lucky to have that opportunity! Yes you can ask questions there if you want. So far it is a lot of fun and it is very relaxed and friendly. I love the competition for groups. It's a ridiculous and kind of a funny recent development on Tulpa Info! Anyways, join me in my group and I will give you a free e-hug! I promise.
KarlYoshimura August 13, 2016 August 13, 2016 Unless one is looking for pure socialisation, I wouldn't join the other discord server. As ML had stated, TULPA SUPPORT is mostly aimed at newer hosts as well as anyone familiar with the tulpa concept. Either way, please don't hesitate to request an invitation - we're just getting off the ground, and would love some new blood for our discussions. We're also more than happy to help any tulpas and hosts, young or old. This life of games and diligent trust, it's the things we do and the things we must. I'm now tired of being cussed, so go sleep forever, end to dust. -Crystal Castles, VANISHED

If anyone wishes to join the Discord group for random persons give me a PM. Never mind. As ML had stated, TULPA SUPPORT is mostly aimed at newer hosts as well as anyone familiar with the tulpa concept. You don't see this as competitive? LOL You want mutiple threads advertising for Discord groups? There are already at least three. I picked one of the existing ones. There is this very thread, then the Tulpa Discord Server for learning "advanced" imposition and switching (a very exclusive group that only the most serious and advanced super sentient tulpas may join). Then this one Tulpa Focus Group which was the original call for the focus group I think. Oh there is also this Support Group for Struggling Tulpamancers that has a call out for a Discord group. So that makes four threads. There is also this thread that put out a call for a Skype group some months back. Live Skype Mini Conference . It was one of several Skype groups that have come and gone off this forum. I really don't see the need for yet another separate thread for a call out to yet another Discord or Skype group, when we can use the existing threads.
Punch August 14, 2016 August 14, 2016 Oh there is also this Support Group for Struggling Tulpamancers that has a call out for a Discord group. So that makes four threads. I'm almost certain that Mysterious Lad created this Discord server as a result of my thread, or at least partially. In any case, it's the only server that I know of that's related to the thread, so you can scratch that off your list. Also the Focus Group is for "advanced" techniques, and I was specifically told I wasn't eligible to join, which was the purpose of my original thread. I don't see the problem with multiple servers for people with different needs. I want to be ignored Don't want a speaking part I don't want any one to notice The blood spilling out of my exploding heart
Guest Anonymous August 14, 2016 August 14, 2016 I have decided on something. I am done with the Discord group threads after this sentence right here.
Luminesce August 14, 2016 August 14, 2016 It was a group specifically for helping people with advanced skills like imposition and switching, so people still working on sentience are best off somewhere else anyways. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature. My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
Guest Anonymous August 14, 2016 August 14, 2016 Focus group's nearly dead in my experience. Maybe mentors really were a better idea.
Guest Anonymous August 14, 2016 August 14, 2016 What a shock. If the forum is nearly dead, a focus group is not going to be thriving either and neither will a mentor program. How did the idea of tulpa gain such momentum back in 2012? Where did it start? Who was talking about it? 4chan, Creepypasta and ponies. We need to actively advertise and promote it and stop being afraid of the general public's reaction. If you want more tulpamacers, you need wider appeal and to get the word out. We need to be unembarrassed, unabashed, unafraid and bold. Pleeb was! He wanted to spread the idea as far out there as he could. The first step each person can do is to donate. Pleeb wants to advertise if he can get enough money. He is working on getting the funding up to where the forum server is paid for a year in advance. Then he wants to advertise. We have to have active interest in the community for it to be a community. Also, if you want the forum to survive and thrive, you should attempt to write on the forum often, where people can see it and read it, and write about tulpamancy in fresh and interesting ways.
