Hmm well okay. I would replace "think" with "seem to think." I would argue that IIA characters do seem to think. It's just that they are transitory in their thinking and not persistent in their thinking. Waffles once told Mistgod the most important trait of a tulpa is persistence not autonomy. To persist in apparent thinking and persist in being present is much more impressive than just seeming to think for a short while.

So I think we can agree there on the thinking, but add the persistence qualifier and we may have a middle ground tulpa001.

That is completely true for me, if only coincidentally. Not one of our IIA characters has stayed active long, and they don't think continuously while active, like I do.

Anyway, I insist that I actually think that 250 tulpas active all at once is unrealistic.

I love that "persistence in seeming to think" idea. That is the best thing Melian and I got out of this today. I think it totally helps us because we insist that even rp characters are thoughtforms. Even if they seem to have thoughts or emotions, do those thoughts or emotions persist over a long period of time? THAT is the distinguishing difference that is important.

I bet everyone of them have perfect imposition as well and are great sex partners!

Mistgod bringing the bants.

The REAL question is: did you name each and every one of them and can you remember them all?

Also, are they pokemon?

Because then talking wouldn't really count... as they'd just repeat their own names. lol

Melian thought they might be clones that speak and think in chorus. Then it would all make perfect sense.

Actually, from experience, in-system sex is fantastic, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Judge me if you wish.

I read that as "join me if you wish" and got excited.

Luna: to be fair, you get excited whenever there's a light breeze.

Dear god... a clone army of Lunas.

Sol: Dear sweet jesus.

Alice: *raises a single eyebrow in shock*

An unstoppable avalanche of insatiable sexual energy. I am confident nothing would survive.

*don't you mean nobody in your system would sur-*

NOTHING WOULD SURVIVE.

Luna: *blushes and pouts*... .... they aren't wrong.

...AND then another serious discussion thread, that began as a nearly pointless OP, goes down the tubes. Thanks Solune, thanks.

In my mind, playful banter and flirting counts towards reducing stagnation... probably.

That's a pretty weak rationalization but it's all I got right now.

To contribute to the actual thread... uh... Luna and Sol often create clones of themselves to play in our band.

We pretend we're playing the songs on the radio while we drive.

By the way, if OP meant clones that's cheating.

Oh well in that case carry on!  You are so right!

I make clones of myself in the Melian Show and sometimes hug myself.  We have had Melian Shows where I was members of a band too!  Cooness!

Two days ago, I cloned myself sixfold while projecting. It was confusing and trippy and exhausting. I absorbed them back afterwards. After about six hours, they had started behaving in a worryingly independent fashion.
