suhail Al ketbi May 12, 2017 Author May 12, 2017 I'm not sure :) But I have a lot lucid dreams by that practice.
tulpa001 May 12, 2017 May 12, 2017 I have gotten into the habit of listening to some hypnosis and spiritual tracks like that on youtube. Some of them have an effect. It is always mild, and mainly just a subtle shift in my state of awareness or emotional balance. Like normal music. Host comments in italics. Tulpa's log. Tulpa's guide.
starberry May 12, 2017 May 12, 2017 Meditating in general is pretty good for you, specifically if you're trying to practice focusing on the here and now. We did a lot of mindfulness exercises when I was in group therapy. For beginners, I'd suggest starting with short meditations and working your way up to longer ones. That being said, I'm mostly thinking about guided meditations, aha...I'm still at the level where I can't just clear my mind without a voice helping me through it.
ArvsWriter May 18, 2017 May 18, 2017 I find that listening to binaural beats while meditating works really well to keep me focused and my head clear. And this is coming from someone who has ADHD, lol. Maybe try theta waves to meditate longer, that's what does the trick for me.

Ohmeghon May 24, 2017 May 24, 2017 Anyone interested in ambient sound during sleep or meditation should check out an app called Relax Melodies. (I have an Iphone, I don't know if it's on Android) It allows you to turn on a various amount of ambient sounds, adjust their independent volumes, add binural or isochronic tones, save favorite mixes for later, and even set timers for your soundscape. It's a really handy and groovy app that I've gotten a lot of use out of :D The songs carried on and began to grow long as the moon watched it all from above And the old ripened berries and the juniper fairies delivered their gifts and their love.
