Seems interesting. Maybe me and my tulpa could switch during test days at school :D

That would only be useful if your tulpae know the stuff on the test...

Even without your tulpae fully developed, or very far along at all for that matter, you might try practicing on the OBE part. Or try some of the stuff in the method Purlox linked to. (Bit of an overview in a post on my blog.)

If you're indeed 11 as it says under your name, both of these might be easier than for us. I recall being somewhat less strongly tied to my body at that age than I am now.

 

Anyhow, I've gotten some interesting effects from visualizing from a point outside my head. It feels a bit like spacing out but being super-focused on something else. Body more or less goes on autopilot and my physical vision feels less "mine". Doing this seems to be helping with letting go and allowing possession. Obviously nowhere near actual switching yet though; we're still working on getting decent had movements.
