If you're into women, and chose to have a female best friend for the rest of your life, wouldn't you want them to be something that's appealing to the eyes? We've been thinking it's based on your subconscious narcissism, or something. And, once fully sentient for a while, she'll match your reasoning skills and intellect, so logically there will be no reason for you to not have sex with her, if you want to - she'll be mentally old enough to make informed choices, and can therefore turn you down like a grown woman if she so chooses. Mine, though mainly heterosexual, is also a lolicon herself. And a sadist. So yeah, apparently it is possible.
