Seix_Seix August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 Hello! My name is Seix_Seix and I'm new to this Tulpa concept, so I would like to get some facts straight before starting my Tulpa creation. First of all: In both of the creation guides I have read, they say you need to "talk" to your Tulpa, for example when you are defining its personality; does that mean that I have to talk to him with my mouth? Or can I do it mentally? Also, which one do you think it's better/less difficult? Second, is there any specific time when I should tulpaforce? Like in the morning or afternoon?, because it's very difficult for me to find some spare time before 7 p.m. Third, can my Tulpa don't have a form (sorry for any unintended grammatical errors); for example, could it be like a glowing ball of energy, or a cloud of smoke? Fourth, can I take a no-tulpaforcing-day? Like, for example Saturday or Sunday? Last one, my mother language is Spanish, but I also speak English quite fluently; also, I feel more comfortable when I THINK in English, but I find it easier to TALK in Spanish(weird, right?), so, should I speak to my Tulpa in Spanish or English? Or both? Thank you very much for your advice!
Oguigi August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 am a noob just like you, but i've been no-lifeing this for about 4 days now so i think i can answer some questions. you can talk to them both by mouth or mentally anytime except for when you're physically very tired, people keep saying that if you sleep while tupla forcing "bad things will happen". yes any form that you best identify with your tupla, when you have a form it will just "feel" Right. lol no-tulpaforcing-day? erm i guess you can do that. but for me personally their won't be a single day that i won't be thinking about my tulpa and trying to make her Real-er. language is irrelative the tulpa spawns from your mind. and understands what you understand. Not tulpaforcing for a day isn't as bad as some people think. But don't avoid tulpaforcing for more than a day or two. Because all your progress could fade away.
Kiahdaj August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 You can talk both out loud, or in your mind, as long as your intent is that you're talking to them. Some tulpa seem to prefer being talked to out loud, because it's more clear to them. So I'd say; talk out loud when you can, but if you can't, don't sweat it. Doing it in your mind it fine. No, I've never heard anything that would suggest that there is a better time to force, besides what works best for you. It can have absolutely any form you want, or none at all. You can make it a shapeshifter as well, but it is more difficult. Absolutely, there is no need for you to force every day. As long as you don't neglect them for an extended period of time, it's no problem at all. Your tulpa knows (or will know) any and all languages that you do. So speak whichever one is better for you, at the time. I'm no expert, but I don't THINK it would be confusing during the creation process, to alternate language. But again, as we all say to everyone; do what feels right. You do not have to follow anything by the book, or follow any exact method. Welcome to the forums "If this can be avoided, it should. Knapp August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 You can do whichever one you prefer, although some say narrating out loud speeds up the process. Whenever you have the time. I've heard forcing after you wake up and before you go to bed makes your brain remember the stuff better or something. Yes. I suppose you could, but I'd recommend you narrate as much as possible. I have the same "problem", but with English and Swedish. Your tulpa will understand both, so it's your choice. Myself, I talk to my tulpa in English, I find it easier somehow. Pashoo August 25, 2012 August 25, 2012 Personally, I prefer to talk out loud to my tulpa. It better establishes to your own mind that the tulpa is real because you're talking out loud with it. At the very least, I would start talking out loud before eventually moving to speaking to it mentally. Besides, your mind is more familiar with talking to other beings out loud. Unless you're telepathic. In which case, teach me your secrets. Also, someone pointed out before, but I forgot who, that speaking out loud will eventually help you to pick out your words from your tulpa's words, once it starts speaking. Speaking out loud may seem awkward at first, since there's no creature in the immediate vicinity you're directing your words at, but it's worth it to get into the habit. As for tulpaforcing times, I think you should simply shoot for whenever you feel most comfortable. I pretty sure there's a thread on shapeshifting tulpa. You should do a quick search of the forum, it may answer your question. If you want to skip some days, I'm sure it'd be fine. Just remember, your tulpa lives off your attention. Simply by acknowledging its existence, you're reaffirming to your own mind that it exists and giving it the energy to thrive. As long as you don't completely neglect it for a long period of time, then you should be fine. So yeah, welcome to the forums! An abstract, all-encompassing love is still a love, nonetheless.

It'll probably want a form at some point. I mean, how would you like being just a ball of energy? It will know both languages, and be able to speak both languages. It's up to you which you want to use, and up to them which one they want to use.
