SSaint August 29, 2012 August 29, 2012 I've heard of people 'singing' to their tulpa by imagining/listening to music while keeping their tulpa in mind. Can you feed other sensory information to your tulpa this way? Like could I watch a movie and relay it to my tulpa while doing it? “There is not enough love and goodness in the world to permit giving any of it away to imaginary beings.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
Captain Nemo August 29, 2012 August 29, 2012 Sure! In fact, why not just have them sitting next to you, watching it with you?
Bin August 29, 2012 August 29, 2012 I found relaying information as easy as focus on said tulpa and just allowing them to sense it. Though at me for least the first time you do it, the tulpa will be able to do it by themselves without your consent. no

Elly likes communicating as though with a soundboard sometimes. Or playing the same tune over and over in my head >_>(Ok, I tend to listen to the same music over and over so maybe it's payback but still... >_>) Tulpa: Name: Elyse (Elly) Birthday: 29th May, 2012 Physical description: 5"8 thin human girl. self-identified age 18. ~1ft, vivid red hair sometimes in a ponytail. light-skinned. green eyes. Progress: entirely vocal, speaks often, but only 1 hallucination; her saying "Hiiii". Great at possession.

I'm wondering about using this as a form of narration. “There is not enough love and goodness in the world to permit giving any of it away to imaginary beings.” -Friedrich Nietzsche

I find centering comes naturally as you go about interact with your tulpa daily. Soon you forget how to not notice your tulpa, it'll be such a passive and automatic thought. no
Lula August 29, 2012 August 29, 2012 I forgot to mention, this is assuming a pre-imposed tulpa. I'm wondering about using this as a form of narration. Definitely! I've done this before and it worked great. It gives you a chance to see your tulpa at different angles, helps with narration and strengthens bonds between you and your tulpa. There are a number of ways to do this and the choice is yours. personally I created a large tv in the wonderland to screen the movie as I was watching it, then I had my tulpa sit on my lap, this allowed me to view her from another angle and made it a certainty that she was watching the film and therefore getting the much need narration. A downside to this though is its preposterously hard and requires an incredible amount of focus to pull off and if you're not carful it may even be detrimental to the tulpa (improper focus may cause unwanted changes) ~Remember the dead, but fight for the living. ~La rage du peuple ~Ice cream is a feeling Tulpae: Name: Frostia Form: Light and dark blue pony, white hair, styled in MLP:FiM fashion

I do this with Pinkie all the time. Just imagine your tulpa is sitting next to you, and let them watch the movie with you, or whatever you're doing.
SSaint August 30, 2012 Author August 30, 2012 This should make narrating to my tulpa about vidya a lot easier. “There is not enough love and goodness in the world to permit giving any of it away to imaginary beings.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
