I'm planning it out This is the first time I'm using a wonderland for a Tulpa, I have time 11-12 or 12:30 all to myself but I need help with how to maintain concentration to imagine my wonderland. I mean is it supposed to look exactly like you left it?

In my experience, it doesn't. As long as you have a sort of mental map of it and some fixed elements (even broad ones like where the sea is, where the city is, etc), you can go on and call it a wonderland. You might like to be more small-scale than i am, and not aim for a full world inside of your mind. Maybe even just a room. You could also use whatever background you feel like at the moment. It might naturally become a "fixed element" of your wonderland afterwards, who knows? You could adventure and "discover" stuff inside of it, too. Maybe even let it define itself as much as possible since the beginning.

Afaik, wonderlands can deviate as much as tulpae do. You can try to limit it to a few elements conciously decided on, or maybe even treat it as a discovery of a pre-existent internal world or something, like i do. You can change stuff, and your tulpa should be able to, too, after a certain point in development is reached. You can also just avoid using one, but that sort of raises the question of what a tulpa even does when the host is not forcing, so yeah.

No, it can change. While you're gone the tulpa could mess around with it.

I would personally put aside programming until later, maybe teach it to your tulpa once it's with it enough. Having enough time aside, doing too much is still doing to wear you out.

Good point, I use web page design and sometimes study hall to work on programming but is there a way I can progress the narration of my Tulpa during class?

Disregard class, talk to tulpa in your head. Obviously.

You're right, I just need to concentrate on her, I run out of stuff to say in like 2 minutes and that includes mindless chatter...I will work on it none the less, thanks for your advice

There I was laying down with headphones and meditative music....I couldnt come up with one, it just turned out as like awkward like the "graphics" I couldnt work on it. I couldnt focus, I kept slipping into a daydream and before I knew it the hour was up and I was too busy just focusing on a bench to even talk to my Tulpa :(

Disregard meditation music, acquire dubstep.

For me, I started in a black void, where anything goes. Nothing is permanent in an endless void. Heck, you can even make Radom places solid or whatever, its easy. I didn't focus on creating a wonderland until after I was semi-confident with Shin's design. Then I just... Instantly made a room. I didn't think about it individually, I guess I can just create a picture like a screenshot in my mind. Anyway, it was a large cabin room on a mountain, and that's it. I knew there was a kitchen behind me and I had never even looked there. I want Shin to create out wonderland with me. Slowly I add to the house, I added a bedroom, an IMAX cinema, and a trapdoor that opens into the middle outer space, with a volcano, Shin access' my subconscious through the volcano. It gets much easier man, no worries bro. It helps for me I'm only in year eight though. A tip, you tulpa is sentient the moment you believe they are.

Try Fede's tones. Also, bring your tulpa into your daydreams and you're ok, you don't have to make the wonderland as real and defined as possible since the beginning. I like to think of wonderlands as a daydream which will become more "real" with time, while spending time in it. Also, i'd say your tulpa's form is more important than wonderlands for the time being. Maybe make a void and use it as a wonderland if everything else fails. Treat her as sentient since the beginning, too.

(Believing is all-powerful, expecially when it comes to your inner world. It's probably what causes the spark of life which ends up bringing a part of your unconscious into conciousness. To see tulpae as their own conciousness, or to disregard them as a part of "self"? It could possibly become part your goal, too, to fully understand the futility of the question i just posed. Either way, you shall have to find your own answers).

Plan was too work on narration and personality first so I'll atleast have the company of a voice... So you want me to work on form first in a daydream state?

Sorry dude it only gave me a notification for his and only showed his, I didn't see yours until I scrolled up, the problem is I camt focus even on something that simple, I create a black void and talk to them and slip out of it

I just don't think I have it in me to focus, At least not yet, Im still trying to think what all I should come up with first.

Sorry again I though you get a email for every reply
