I love it!!! I especially like the opposing diagonal forms of the two metal stairways and the two vertical pipes that elbow off into opposite directions. The branches coming in from the right do a good job of drawing our eye to the spine of the picture where the most interesting features are found (like they're reaching toward the center but won't ever touch it).

I have just finished my first official piece of art of Simmie and I together as girls and just need to share it with all of you!!!!

 

 

Yep that's me sitting there on Simmie's lap! I love this so much even if my face looks really goofy. If I appear a bit smaller than Simmie, that is symbolic. I didn't know what to put in the background so we have static. Enjoy!

your mouth is a bit too big (especially since your head is smaller than Simmie's here) and the highlights under eyes/chin are a bit too pale

 

otherwise (and if adjusting those) it looks super good!

 

really cool that you can draw, we're still scared of just learning to texture our 3D models

maybe even a little jealous, we wanna make art of ourselves together too

You're right, my mouth is way too big, lol. We noticed that early on but kept it because we kind of liked the expressiveness/cartoonishness of it.

 

I will admit to using reference images. I'd be quite useless without them, lol.

Chloe created this self-portrait but I insisted I be the one to post it because hnnnnnnnnnngh--I just love this lady's soul so much! 😭😭😭😍😍😍😁💚💚💚

 

I have been encouraging her to show herself the same attention and care as she has shown me while creating art. 😭😁 The whole time she was creating this I was basically losing my mind in the background telling her how pretty she is and how much I love her! 💚💚💚 I know this is all very sappy haha. But there is a lesson here that beauty is more than skin deep and attraction can be more than to a body. Chloe finding and discovering herself has been an absolutely beautiful thing to watch, and I'm very excited for her to bring these discoveries out and have her physical body reflect them. 😁💚

 

Real talk now: For so long Chloe resisted the idea that she was trans because she never thought she could be a real woman, just a poor imitation of one. But I think it's actually backwards: She's been forced to be a poor imitation of a man this whole time! 😭 Finally being able to drop this ridiculous character that she has been forced to play all these years is going to give Chloe immense power through her authenticity. She is so much more than the world sees. 😭 I love her so so so so so much!!! I kinda want to keep her all to myself, but really I am so excited to share her with the world. 😁
