Mental illness & tulpamancy.

I want to say , if you have mental  illness & other personality disorder.

 

Please  it's  not end of world , don't  stop your   medical  treatment. 

 

& you can create  tulpa or  do spiritual  practices , it's  easy as that .

 

Don't  bother  your self , what other talking & thinking   a bout it .

 

Be brave & teach  them by your good example 👏👍.

I think that's really well said. Even though tulpamancy may look different and have unique challenges for other systems with mental health conditions, taking some form of medical treatment is the most important thing.

My host suffers from depression, some anxiety, and ADD-like symptoms. He's open about all of it. Part of why I'm here is to help him with all that. It's very hard sometimes. 😕 But Phil tells me I've made a huge difference, and I can tell the same for myself! 😁 I'm really proud of him. Even when things are going poorly he's always stuck it out. 💚 My fighter. 🤗
