Rena Bonnie May 28, 2025 May 28, 2025 this is the drawing tb started some time ago. it doesn't feel finished to us but we aren't sure how to continue it, so this is it for now. it didn't quite come out how we had hoped but i think it is good enough. the perspective is kind of messed up, and it would be very difficult to fix things this late into it, especially with how the layers are. the eye level seems to be around tb's head, but it also looks like it is below byakkos yeah at the same time, so that's a mistake lol. ah well. also i think this is finished version of furyl we are going to get. suppose i should upload one today, and one friday. i wonder which should be friday? that'd be the one we'd use our 48 hour boost on. Probably furyl, because the above drawing is partly traced, because originally tb was just going to trace their toradora PFP they had before, but switch out features for their own, but then added me to it, then added byakko, so the scope of it increased a lot as it went on lol, which is also kinda why the perspective isn't well thought out. i think it would be okay to upload it anyway, as long as we say tb's face and my hand is partially traced, with some modifications made よしよしヾ(´・ω・｀)

Eye level as in where you look when the image is 100% on the screen? the eye level is the horizon in perspective. the horizon will always raise with eye level. like if you are taller than someone you are looking at, the horizon will rise to be above their head, and that gives an affect of looking down at someone. if you went up to someone's waist, the horizon line would go through waist, and everything above the waist will look above the horizon line and look like they are towering over you, and below the waist would be below the horizon line, what you look down at. there can only be one horizon line in a drawing, and if you have things in the image not following the same rules as other things, like being based off the same horizon, they will look out of place or like they are photoshopped in poorly, rather than being a part of the same image. that is what is happening to byakko. it looks like the camera is below her head slightly, but it also looks a little above tb's head, and both can't be true at the same time, so it creates a bad image, or one that has a technical mistake at least. 1 hour ago, Seagull said: it's fantastic that Rena and Byakko got new PFPs!
