Major039 October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 I read that at first speech speaking Tulpa says random words that may not make sense to other worlds. Is this true? And how can it occur? (Says only whole words or syllables?) I'm the man with the dark mind but with the heart of gold. I ask what I am good or bad person? What directs my actions? Tulpa isn't about why, it's about why not.
Frostwolf October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 Yes I hear of people telling their tulpa's speak in a strange way. I personally haven't had this but I did have vage mumbling instead of random words sometimes but thats probably if I'm only focussing a little. People who then ask their tulpa if they could repeat it get the same strange sentence they got (or so I heard). My tulpa's... well one of them just said 1 word some day. Then a day later another word. And then a few days nothing and then she could communicate fully. Hence my burst of parroting Q&A. Things can get really freaky but really cool at the same time. You like my kitten? come on over for a closer inspection! Newbie tulpamancer on the loose. Check out my progress report: http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Another-Lyra-tulpa
Guest Fillyfooler October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 Holly's first words were "get off me" since I hopped on her back and tried to ride her. I guess first words don't always have to not make sense.
Knapp October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 For me it's sort of like a radio, without the static. It tunes in and out, sometimes in the middle of a sentence. (Philip's first words that I heard were at the end of a sentence actually) Sometimes he mumbles, or the things he say doesn't really make sense, or he speaks in a strange language I don't understand, but it's not scary, just a bit bizarre. TulpaCouple October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 His first mindvoice talking was strange. I describe it as mumbling, but it was more like a dream? He would speak, and it would fade instantly out of my memory like a dream would. I would remember he spoke but not what he said. It just sounded like mumbling. It was tricky to make it more permanent, but the pinging voice back and forth helped tons. Other times it was like he tried to send an entire thought all at once. As far as out loud speaking, for us, we've heard other out loud things before his voice (breathing, foot steps, etc) but he hasn't spoken yet. Maybe some ear ringing and pressure, but no voice.
Natasha October 11, 2012 October 11, 2012 After Natasha said her first word she spend 3 whole days just randomly saying short words at random times then quieted down. I asked her about it and she says that she simply din´t want to stop because she was afraid i wouldn´t be able to hear her again so she just said whatever she could. Think of it as practicing singing or something similar, it doesn´t have to make sense what you say, it´s simply to improve the voice. Citizen Anon October 14, 2012 October 14, 2012 I've had pretty different results than most people so far, apparently. Lyra rarely speaks (that I can perceive anyway), but when she does it is very clear and concise Name: Lyra Form: http://i.imgur.com/JjMxK.jpg Sentience: Emotional responses, occasional brief vocalization Currently doing: Personality & narration
Biotechnology October 14, 2012 October 14, 2012 When my tulpa first talked to me, it was after I walked out of my exam. She asked me how I think I did, very clearly in my own mind-voice. She was a few months old at that time, so I'm sure she had a full understanding of English, hence why I didn't hear mumbling. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thoughtform#Modern_perspective 'I say 'soul making' Soul as distinguished from an Intelligence- There may be intelligences or sparks of divinity in millions- but they are not souls until they acquire identities, till each one is personality itself' -John Keats, 1819
