I wish I could understand the concept of tulpa marriage. I guess it is just one of those things you need to experience to understand, or something.

Speaking from personal experience, there is no reason why someone can't have a tulpa, and still for the most part, live a normal life. Have a decent job, a place to live, pay all their bills, have friends, and maybe find a significant other who shares the same beliefs about tulpas. You just don't tell the people you know would not understand about your relationship with your tulpa about that part of your life. It is as simple as that.
