Are there any negative consequences of tulpaforcing while lying down other than falling asleep? I don't have a problem with this.

I do it, as my chair hurts. I fall asleep, or at least get tired around 8pm and on, so I should really do some work soon, as my time is around now. I doubt blood flow would be a problem. So no, from my perspective.

It has been discussed before that involving the tulpa in your dreams can have bad consequences. However, I'm starting to question this logic, as I've had no bad side effects so far at all, and I've fallen asleep loads of times during forcing.

Not that I know of. As long as it's comfortable it should be fine.

Orange juice helps with concentration headaches.

If it's your preference, you might as well. I tulpaforce while lying down more often than I tulpaforce while sitting up.

I find it much harder to concentrate while lying down...

IT BEGINS

As ''Alda'' I find it hard to concentrate while lying down, also most of the time I ended up fallen asleep
