Tulpaforcing while lying down?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I'm currently creating a tulpa for the first time. I've been making some good progress, but I have been tulpaforcing sitting up, and it personally makes me feel real uncomfortable. This brings me up to one question: Can you tulpaforce lying down, like on a bed or a couch?

The answer is, "yes you can if you can manage to not fall asleep." I usually can't because I will fall asleep. So, if you can do it without falling asleep, all the power to you.

Thanks! I will give it a try.

The answer should be obvious. Why would it matter what position you're in, in order to make a thought form?

"Nah man, tulpas are polar neural connections. That means they only work when your brain is aligned to earth's magnetic field correctly. i.e standing or sitting up. Lying down will essentially disable the tulpa by having the associated neurons 'turn off' so to speak."

No rudeness is intended, I just think the question is a bit funny :)

Yes you can, I do, and I also sit in my chair from time to time. Some people take long walks or showers when they force. If you can relax your self enough then you could do it in any position.

I don't like calling her 'my' tulpa, I don't own her. She is the tulpa that lives with me in our body.

That's what I do, early when I wake up.

Showers work pretty well for me. If I use it properly at the beginning of the day, I can then have a much easier time doing it through the rest of the day with a much better sense of presence, better visualization, and a better ability to do different things simultaneously IRL and in wonderland (though, this does tend to lead to headaches pretty quickly).

Whenever I enter my wonderland, I usually spawn on a bench, so it kind of helps me if I force while sitting upright.

Tulpaforcing in different places and in different positions is not impossible, though. If a certain position or place of forcing works for you and your tulpa/s, then forcing in that certain position and/or place should be alright!

Just to reiterate what others have said, though: be wary of getting sleepy while forcing.
