 Question: Has anyone here witnessed something either severely disturbing, scary or a scenario of wrong time wrong place and if so provide as many details as you are comfortable with providing.

I was looking for a place to rent near my undergraduate college and the pickings were slim because I couldn't afford a proper apartment, didn't qualify, and they were awful anyway, like run down, and you don't even want to know how much they were asking that's too scary for this thread. You also wouldn't believe what you needed to qualify, for example, 5 references and one of them had to be from out of state and none family and one known for at least 5 years. So I was looking to rent a place about 30-40 minutes walk but it was pretty ghetto for very cheap without oppressive requirements.

 

The rental agency representative was with me, showing off the place, there was no restrictions and I didn't need to show proof of income so I was interested and we heard clear as day a scream followed by gunshots and then crying and people yelling. I shook his hand and said, "I'll pass." Then bolted out of there.

I want a Guinea pig, hamster, or mouse, but I'd really want a marmot but they're illegal. Yet Youtube is filled with videos and people with their marmots. I didn't know a marmot is a groundhog and also called a woodchuck. Bear laughs at me because the chances of him getting a pet are slim to none. I still want one. My favorite would be the marmot but I have to be rational and pick one that I could some day have, if someone who's name starts with a B loved me enough to buy me, so that would be a hamster because they're cuter than a guinea pig. Though the Guinea pig has its charm and lives a lot longer and they show affection unlike a hamster which just kind of trusts you enough to be handled and that's about it. No, I'm changing my answer to Guinea pig.

I would buy a really nice place where Phil, James, and I could all live. 😊 I'd spend some of the money on travel, hobbies, and other things that would be fulfilling to me and my family, but make sure to set aside enough to do something productive with it. (Maybe opening a business, going to school, or as living income while Phil and/or I develop a new skill to use 😊)

A: Raid as many stores as I can without getting caught, then use the resources to effectively live off the grid. Bonus points in that I don’t have to worry about being alone because tulpa

A: The answer for me would of course be pizza!!!! 🍕🍕🍕😋 Particularly delicious, authentic New York / New Jersey style pizza!

A: Whoever performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto 1 last I'm pulling up a seat to. That's probably not a long time considering the amount of professional orchestras around, but I'd kill just to hear it in person.
