Just talk about your day? I would think narration would be the easy part oui? Maybe I'm just odd though.

It's easy to narrate things, and come up with stuff to narrate about after a little practice. The difficult part is making sure you direct it at your tulpa and aren't just talking to yourself.

I'm aware, In my personitally planning I'm writing about a half page narration for each trait basically saying how the trait effects her, why she has said trait, and so on. I feel planning things out more helps in the long run.

Good luck. Everyone that's tried to make the personality that complex has ended up doing less time than they thought.

Unless you only have 10 or so traits and really big font size.

I'm writing them, I have average size handwriting I guess, a bunch of traits go hand and hand though. I see nothing wrong with a detailed personality as long as you follow through with it.

Neither do I. Keep us updated.

How about this:

>watch TV

>episode of something

>I watch the episode, and while doing it, narrate the episode to tulpa, all in the while thinking of my tulpa (try to visualise the form, or just talk to tulpa, feel its presence and all that)

Good?

Also, narrating with eyes closed or opend, should it have different effect?

Also, also, creating a tulpa using only inner voice?

Is actually Leo.

1) Don't "feel presence" but do consciously KNOW that you are addressing the tulpa

2) No difference. Can you talk to other people with eyes closed or open? I thought so.

3) Debated. Some say it helps, some say it hurts. "It's your mind; do what feels natural."

[Note: Opinions]

Tulpatalk thanks for the advice.

About the whole talking bit...

I get the concept of making a tulpa, and understand that talking out loud would have its benefits.

My problem is that I live with my parents and a brother, so I cant just talk out loud. And I dont think its wise to tell em that Im making an imaginary friend by making my brain hallucinate it.

So 90% of the time would be me talking with my inner voice.

Here goes nothing, gonna watch Star Wars and narrate the movie to her...
