Chupi February 14, 2013 Share February 14, 2013 It doesn't really matter what you call it since there's no legal benefits either way, but in my mind, marriage implies something more permanent than bf/gf. Till death do we part and all that. If you want to use real-world analogies, marriage, closest of best friends, or parent/child probably best describe most host/tulpa relationships. But apart from the analogies, the relationship between co-consciousnesses can be far deeper and more lasting than anything between physical people, and doesn't need to be pigeonholed into one of the predefined socially accepted roles.
