I've read about how there are raw "subconscious" thoughts, and "conscious" thoughts you "hear" in an understandable language. I have read that tulpae are part of the subconscious and think and sometimes communicate using raw thought.

My mind is translating Aurora's raw thought into understandable language, but the words then have to be processed so my mind gets the information.

The problem is that my mind is lagging.

The raw thought is coming quicker than the time it takes to translate and process it, so when Aurora speaks to me, her words overlap. Then I replay what she said in my head, without the overlapping, just to clarify.

Is there any way to stop the overlapping, or another way to hear tulpae?

Ask her to speak more slowly? Seriously, mine occasionally speak in hyperspeed and I'm almost completely lost as to what they're saying unless I somehow manage to pick up the meaning despite missing most of the words. Sometimes I get the raw thought; I'm not aware of it, but I just know what they meant.

This is something I'm working on with mine. I think we ultimately want our tulpae to send sound rather than thoughts. By my analysis (which may or may not be correct), what I'm getting right now is tulpa thought ==> me ==> translate to words ==> perceive. What I would like is more like tulpa thought ==> put into words ==> pronounce words ==> sound ==> me ==> hear as out loud. This should come with practice and asking the tulpa to examine how sounds work in your mind. Again, I don't know if my thinking here is correct.

The raw thought is coming quicker than the time it takes to translate and process it, so when Aurora speaks to me, her words overlap.

"When when they overlap lap, is it kinda like this kinda like this?"

Cause we have this occasionally where words repeat itself multiple times. Kinda like a strange echo.

This above was a extreme example. It's not too frequent but occurs from time to time.

They say great science is built on the shoulders of giants - not here.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

That sounds like hearing their thought as they form it before they speak. Perhaps ask them to try to keep their own thoughts private, sharing only their speech itself. If you like symbolism, construct some sort of "thought screen" between you that will block thoughts, though you can still hear each other.

I get this a lot myself, but I was experiencing it even before having tulpa so I thought it was just a quirk of my mind. I also sometimes have issues where I'll visualize something, it'll get 'stuck' in my head like a song, and it'll keep repeating even when I try to get it to stop. It's exasperating sometimes but I try to deal with it.

That sometimes, but sometimes when she speaks, her second word starts before the first word is finished. When she says "Good morning!", it sounds like "Go[mor-]d -ning!"

My tulpa sometimes start talking, but end up speaking gibberish or completely contradict what they would normally say in that situation. I usually just have them repeat what they are saying.

Gibberish seems to come from improperly translated thoughts, or a tulpa still learning to speak properly. Be patient with them.

Contradictions seem to be from your expectations of what they'll say interfering with hearing what they're actually saying. Or they could simply be confused, indecisive or unsure.

I keep forgetting that they don't just come into existence knowing everything we know...
