polarbearcub February 24, 2013 February 24, 2013 So I am a Pagan witch and I wonder if you can cast spells to the Tulpa? Would casting spells harm the Tulpa? And I don't mean evil spells like revenge or hexing or cursing.
historical February 24, 2013 February 24, 2013 I imagine you /technically/ could, but might be case-specific. fourfiction, the idiot.
Kadoh February 24, 2013 February 24, 2013 I'm interested in knowing if you can actually cast spells and see their effects. I mean, surely, if you are a witch you can do these things. So if you can record yourself doing some of this magic(k) it would be interesting to see. Would you mind doing so? My opinions are all subject to change.
Merman April 24, 2013 April 24, 2013 If the tulpa is influenced by your mind then I think it is possible to negatively affect your tulpa with a negative spell. Since you believe the spell to work (within your own mind) then when you cast it on the tulpa it could work on it? In theory? But I think you could only really affect the tulpa if it's still in the earlier stages of it's creation where you still have sway over it overall. Just throwing ideas around. My Progress Report
glitchthe3rd April 24, 2013 April 24, 2013 If you mean casting spells on them specifically, I suppose it would only work if you believe that it will. "Science isn't about why, science is about why not?" -Cave Johnson Tulpae: Luna, Elise, Naomi My progress report
Merman April 25, 2013 April 25, 2013 Yes, like in the movie Skeleton Key, where the old woman's voodoo only worked on the girl when she started to believe in it. Before she believed that it worked she was immune to it or something. My Progress Report
Enoch327 April 26, 2013 April 26, 2013 I have never cast a spell on a tulpa. But I do have tulpas that help me cast spells. It is more fun that way. Enoch, Chancellor of Mars. "Follow your bliss."-Joseph Campbell
Merman April 26, 2013 April 26, 2013 So your tulpa is like a familiar? I get the feeling mine will kind of be like one too. My Progress Report
Guest Anonymous April 26, 2013 April 26, 2013 You can pretend to cast spells in your wonderland. So technically, yes, you, or anyone for that matter can "cast spells" on your tulpa. None that will have a direct impact on this plane, but more or less you can get a result of whatever in your Wonderland.
