Guest applesauce99 June 9, 2012 June 9, 2012 I read some old threads and someone said something (horrible memory in action) about writing down essentially EVERYTHING about a personality and then narrating it to your pre-sentient tulpa as a way of tulpaforcing. methinks I'll try that along with regular visualization to trait. Two different approaches can't hurt.
Guest applesauce99 June 10, 2012 June 10, 2012 I might try a tone tonight if I remember. Ive written down some traits and got about 15-20 subtraits for Kind and Intelligent, but only a few for Shy and Creative - my 4 'umbrella traits' as TOG said. Following his example for that part. Creative I might sub under intel, so I'm gonna need to think of a replacement. Blah blah thinkin out loud Had a question, if anyones even reading this, do affirmations help not necessarily speed up the process but mostly just help the process along smoother? Like vocal, positive affirmations and statements to your sub-c about how fast/easy/simple/productive a forcing session or overall creation will go?
Guest applesauce99 June 10, 2012 June 10, 2012 Personality traiting at night is kind of hard, given I don't want to turn the lights on to read my written down list of traits and wake everyone up. I tried the cardboard box visualization where Claire's soul/energy ball thing was put in a cardboard box with her name on it. She then went all Alex Mercer and turned into a spherical mass of hair-thin, glowing, whitish aqua tendrils that spread throughout the fibers of the cardboard and consumed it...becoming the cardboard box completely. It was so badass to watch at the microscopic level. Then I visualized traits on paper, explained when those traits show up and how, used all my senses on this paper to mentally 'know' the paper as an object representing a personality trait, and dropped it in the box. I did this for Kindness, Care, Intelligence, Creativity, Shy, and Open. Then I turned Claire back into her sparkling energy ball and took her back to the apartmet wonderland. Total time elapsed: only 18 minutes, thanks to a damn drunk party below my apartment. Will try again tonight if I don't fall asleep. Keep in mind that when she became the box and resumed her form, I visualized her doing that. She's not noticibly sentient as of yet. On another note, I tried deeply relaxing while sitting crosslegged on my bed to force. I concentrated on my breathing and relaxed to the point where I couldn't feel my arms for a few minutes during forcing. During those few minutes if I tried to feel them consiously without moving them...they felt like plastic and like they weren't mine. Freaky but awesome feeling. If I force again tonight, I'm going to meditate also on completely ignoring my real world surroundings - ie people shouting and screaming and belching while drunk outside.

Well done, you accidentally performed self-hypnosis. Its quite common, and can happen when you are most relaxed. I do it regularly. Guest applesauce99 June 12, 2012 June 12, 2012 well, another 25 or so minutes of forcing for tonight. I went to my apartment, took Claire's soul into my living room, turned her into a cardboard box, and dropped papers with the personality trait written on 'em in the 'Box of Claire' as I kept calling her. Then I closed her up and turned her back into a baseball-sized orb as she glowed, taking in the new information. I then put her back on the mattress in the master bedroom and opened the door to leave. One thing I forgot to say, I edited my wonderland and put my apartment twice as high as the clouds on a mountain planet with a nice grand canyon thing. I closed the door and fell for MILES until I entered a deep and dark cave/pit/cavern. I slowly stopped falling as everything went too dark to see, rotated around into the position I was in real life, and then opened my eyes. Anyways, back during forcing I almost fell asleep once, so I sat up about 2/3 the way through. After I sat up, I got weird closed-eye patterns. Kaleidascope shit went all to fuck in my eyelids as I watched it's beautiful lightshow for a minute or so. Don't know what the fuck that was. A question: every time I force, I imagine giving her certain traits. Do I just keep doing that until she's sentient? It gets repetetive and boring quick, hence 25 minutes tonight... Also, Fede's music things didn't work for me. They were too clicky chirpy beepy tony, and mostly gave me a headache. And I love electronic music, irony. By the way the traits are Kind, Caring, Intelligent, Creative, Outgoing (no longer doing Shy), Quirky, Witty
Guest applesauce99 June 13, 2012 June 13, 2012 I keep getting better ideas for traits, ugh. Earlier today I tulpaforced for a half hour and pretty mcuh just told Claire what her traits are, as well as dwelled on each trait to explain it in definition. I plan on forcing tonight for at least half an hour, hopefully more. I'm beginning to realize why I need a tulpa now, derp. Also, worked on the wonderland: it's now the apartment in a grassy meadow surrounded by mountains.
