Well, memories and the like are stored in a gigantic library in our wonderland, and as for subconscious functions, well, remember that massive room of switches at the start of Portal 2? Yeah, that, but unlabeled. My tulpas flick a random switch every now and then and label it when they find out what it does.

For me, it manifests as the books in our library. I suppose that these are more of my memories than they are my subconscious. Q doesn't really have access to my subconscious in the way other people's tulpas can. It just never really occurred to us.

( Its odd. Its infinite blackness, but there are things in it that you can sense, but not see. Accessing a memory is like suddenly seeing it, but its all in my head. )~ Sonya

It's a large library inside a massive airship. And maybe also a massive labyrinth of different rooms underground. Both of them are in my wonderland.

Mine is in the form of a massive server room with computers attached at intervals so that she can access stuff... she doesn't seem to spend much time in there though :P

Markus is the tulpa, and I don't really have anything else to say.

I gave mine permission to enter my subconscious. Hasn't reported back what he now sees except a pool of water, a tree and an endless dark plain. It is peaceful and the lake provides light and access to memories which manifest via the tree. Roots of the mind stuff.
