dancing-with-dragons October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 I have been working on Jesse for 4 nights now. On the second night, I tried visualizing his face. (I still cant get it down, so any help on face-visualization would be greatly appreciated too). On this particular session, (2nd night), I saw a human face at first. But then something very disturbing happened. His face morphed into some nonhuman face. It was, as I said, very disturbing and I still get chills over it. It was a dark color with a snout and horn-like protrusions facing up and backward from his head. Then, his face continued to morph into various other non-human faces, all alien to me. They werent animal faces either. His face kept morphing really fast, until I had to open my eyes, and start over. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh! Ashmo October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 Honestly, it sounds like he's simply deviating. Maybe he doesn't want to be human?
dancing-with-dragons October 11, 2013 Author October 11, 2013 Ashmo. I thought that at first. But right after this morphing-thing happened, I saw his human face clearly. It wasnt one I made up, either. It was an entirely new, good-looking human face, which stuck for the rest of the session, but now I'm unable to re-create it. Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh! Linkzelda October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 It'll take a while to get things stable. It's only been 4 nights, you'll just need to keep doing more, some have been doing this for months, others for years. Just know depending on how much you train to develop your cognition in general, the more probable it is that you'll make the breakthroughs in visualization. Ashmo October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 The morphing could have been him deciding on what he wanted, finally choosing the face he showed you. If you can't recreate I wouldn't worry either. Things like this will take time. EVERYTHING in tulpamancy takes time. There really is no short cuts. That's why when all the work finally comes to fruition it's SO worth it. Just continue to do things the way you're doing them and try not to worry too much. If he chose that face you can't see any more, you will eventually be able to see him like that. Your mind needs to get used to everything.
Shui October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 It might be just intrusive thoughts. Sometimes people get flashes of their tulpa being horribly mutilated. Some tulpa find the experience disturbing, but others understand that it's not something the host means or is consciously doing. This might be the same sort of thing. Just know that it's nothing permanent, and it will pass. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
curiousity October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 I agree with Shui. Intrusive thoughts have given me flashes of my own tulpa's face with bizarre changes. Also he seems to do stuff like once in a while just to startle me. Maybe your tulpa's having some fun with you.
Chupi October 11, 2013 October 11, 2013 Very much yes. The mind's processing of faces is very complex. There's so many factors that make faces unique to us, and a very small change in any of them makes the face significantly different. A bigger change in any of them makes the face outside the range of normal human faces and therefore makes it look freaky. Producing a new face and keeping it realistic and stable takes practice.
