What if Your Tulpa is a Different Gender then You?

Disphoria, so far as I know, in human beings, is caused by having an actually incorrect mind-body.

 

So a human being who is born male, but with a female mind will feel that sense of disphoria.

 

Since the tulpa is based in a male mind I cannot really see any issues coming up unless there is a sort of "expectation" causing it to occur.

Dysphoria is just an older word for depression, really, but with discontent and anxiety added in. However, it, unlike "depression" can be elaborated on. "Gender dysphoria" is something about your gender identity making you depressed, and likewise "Species Dysphoria" is being uncomfortable with being human.

 

Tulpas, if they have these issues, generally just deviate, as far as I know. Us... well, we're pretty close to screwed, but we can change who we are in wonderland, and there IS a method of imposing on your own body.
