QB2 January 31, 2014 January 31, 2014 It should be relatively simple to tell what's coming from your own mind and what's coming from external influences, regardless of what the influences are. Pay attention to what goes through your mind. See if you can catch the words he's going to say before he says them (or the tulpish thought-salad before he phrases it into words). Pay attention for moments where he gives you empathetic feelings without saying anything. All of these are indicators that it comes from you. Presumably, anyway. Then probably not a demon ("the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness"). Is he hurting you or trying to get you depressed, hurt yourself, or hurt others? Possibly not a tulpa. (Ref: Matthew 7:16,20; Galatians 5:22) Well, demons apparently can't admit that christ Jesus died for the forgiveness of sins. Also, if you pray in Jesus name for all unclean spirits to leave you they have to go. Here's what Kevin and I pray: "Jesus, please banish all unclean spirits from me through your blood which was shed on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. Let no unclean spirits have any power or influence over me. Let no unclean spirits return to me. Lord, our Father who is in Heaven, I ask this in Jesus name, lord of lords, prince of peace; the truth, the light and the way; so be it." I'm still here, so I guess I'm not a demon. Remember that Jesus (and, in a separate but similar incident, his apostles) actually forbade a demon-possessed person from preaching about him. So it's not that demons can't speak the truth about Christ. Actually Satan misleads by using a little bit of truth in his lies. So just because someone says something true doesn't mean they aren't a wicked spirit.

I take some offense to the assumption that all demons are evil. Remember that demons are fallen angels. We could say that they are more in tune with the earthplane. One story says that the demons were not cast from heaven, but that they jumped in order to help humanity. Like prometheus bringing fire to mankind. hhaawke March 28, 2014 March 28, 2014 its actually rather easy to tell if IT is a tulpa or some other malicious spirit... uh.... malicious spirits tend to have this creepy feel to them... its an energy thing.. just observe carefully how you feel towards ur tulpa.. if you feel something creepy or strange.. better just get IT checked out.... trust your gut instinct...
Guest Anonymous April 15, 2014 April 15, 2014 You made a tulpa on an existing character you know full well how it would act or react to things because you have seen it in Movies or read about it in books.SO,its obvious that it will feel more real than most customized tulpas AND in response to differences between these three entities I'd say you can answer that by yourself if you feel your tulpa can read your thoughts easier than a book and it does't have too strange feel to it then its your Tulpa.Trust yourself in this....and never think of every demon as evil,there maybe few evil ones but there are always few bad things everywhere just as there are both good and bad people in this world same goes with other entities. ( I wanted to say more but reading few posts above I realize that it would just cause some debate which won't go anywhere).
