Guest Anonymous July 6, 2012 July 6, 2012 But it's not like Tulpaforcer Joe is going to come home after being sent to a shrink/doctor by a parent without any treatment. I don't know the state of the medical situation in depth, but when a doctor (or any occupation) is faced with an unknown problem, they'll usually try and figure it out. In a capitalist world, $s rule. So if solving that unknown problem gives you power/money, they'll throw a pill at you, regardless of whether that solves the unknown problem. Oh yeah, and in regards to that robot, I would like to see how a tulpa would control it, via possession or not.
Guest Anonymous July 6, 2012 July 6, 2012 ...then you can sue the doctor for misdiagnosis when you have Parkinson's disease and you're only 20 years old. I can't deny that they're pushing medications, although if Joe walks in with no genetic history of a mental disorder, one symptom, and no childhood signs it'll hopefully raise an eyebrow.
WhiiteRussian July 6, 2012 July 6, 2012 Hey guys, I just lurked this entire thread but it's kind of funny to me that I may be the one to do this research. During the next school year, I will be going to the leading university for research in my country. Guess which direction I'm going in? Neuroscience. I think it would be a pretty good push for the community. Of course I won't be doing research my first year, but it would take some time for the community get bigger (and thus more reputable) anyways. Perhaps 2-3 years from now while the concept naturally evolvesNand we have more people with tulpa, I could do research with some of you guys. For now, I still need to finish my own tulpa. As for trying to promote tulpa through reddit/9gag/facebook is fucking retarded. What kind of community do you want? A bunch of 14 year olds trying to make imaginary friends they can fuck? The site should grow from people hearing about the site or through searching for something tulpa related. Seo should be the priority and maybe spread the concept to some psych boards, people who would actually be open minded to something like this rather than those who would give a bad reputation[/align].
Guest July 6, 2012 July 6, 2012 http://tulpa.info/forums/Thread-Documentary?highlight=documentary Systematicness is a key to acknowledgement by both society and science. More data, more reliable information, more systematized experiments and reports. The growth of Tulpae depends on quantity of dedicated members who will refine raw experience into data. No offense, but most important milestones in this story were FAQ.man and Irish guidelines and day when Pleeb created this website. How many well-documented cases of complete tulpa we have?
