New to all of this, and i have a question if i could get some help??

So i just recently started on my first tulpa, Ashlynn, and i feel like im moving too fast through the process of personality and visualiztion. I understand the suggested process times are merely suggestions, but im already well through personality and pretty far into visualization on day 5, with only an hour a day of forcing. Im seeing expected results for where im at, i can visualize her almost at a whim, but like i said, its only been 5hrs. I dont wanna mess this up at all, am i moving too fast? or should i just keep doing what feels right? advice?? Thanks!:)

I'm not sure that I'm completely qualified to answer this but I guess I'll try :P I would just do what feels right. The tulpa creation process is not the same for most people, so it's usually a pretty unique thing for each person. If it feels right, then go for it :)

Keep doing what feels right, some people are just exceptionally skilled with their imagination and therefore find tulpamancy to be easier than it is for others. Just keep moving forward, go over visualization using all five senses and try to keep it as detailed as possible, and don't get too worked up about moving too fast. Some mancers don't even choose to do personality, so no worries about that. Keep going at your own pace, and don't worry about time suggestions and whatever.

I wouldn't say that's too fast, as long as you feel that you are doing enough then it's fine, spending unnecessary extra time on things will only get you bored and frustrated, but do have in mind that although everything has been easy for you until this point it doesn't mean that you won't end up finding difficulties with some other parts of the process later, and that's fine too, everyone has their own times.

I don't think you're moving too fast. Just wait till you can talk with them and have dialogue. It gets interesting. Mine was vocal on day 4 but it was simple yes/no answers.

Like others have said, I don't think you're moving too fast . . . but I do have to question what you mean when you say that you're done with personality. Do you have a fixed idea in your head of what your tulpa should be and act like? If you do, then I strongly suggest you go back over personality again. And again. And again. The more you do this, the more Ashlynn will be how you imagine her in that respect, too. She's very nearly destined to deviate, of course, but there's a stronger chance she won't if you repeat the process.

 

That being said, the whole issue with tulpa personalities is kind of controversial, as you probably already know. You don't HAVE to work with her personality at all, or you might be using it as a sort of guideline, rather than a "fixed" sort of thing. If you are doing the latter, however, I would still suggest that you repeat the process several times. Just to ensure that she knows how she is.

 

I feel the need to reiterate what you've already said, though, in that everyone does all this differently, and what works for you may not work for other people. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert and you know more about Ashlynn than I do.

I did the exact same thing with mindvoice and imposition, don't worry, if you think it's them, it is, paranoia can destroy that though. Give them the benefit of the doubt.

How quickly you move through things depends on your inagination and one your tulpa is vocal what they are comfortable with. You are the only ones who know whats right for you.
