Personality is really optional. But some I was eager to have like compassion. Chance, an anthro husky, wolf or fox. Birthdate September 20, 2014. Sentient October 1, 2014.

Don't get super specific, leaving room for your tulpa to grow from those traits. arcanemagic October 17, 2014 October 17, 2014 I never actually followed through with the whole 'creation of a personality' thing and let her decide :P Seeing as how I could do that, I guess any number of traits will work. Guest amber5885 October 17, 2014 October 17, 2014 You can totally skip it. Seriously you can narrate only and just let your tulpa know that you want them to be whoever they want to be and they will. It's completely up to you how to go about the process.
UnknownCraos October 17, 2014 October 17, 2014 Yup, unless you think that there's something that your tulpa absolutely NEEDS (e.g. kind, you might not like your tulpa constantly insulting you. They're going to love you anyway, but kind is a good one to have) then I'd say you can completely disregard this step, that's what I did with Faith. But, if you feel strongly about the ones you've picked, then I'd say that that's a decent number to have. I mean, I wanted them to be loving and knowledgeable and all that, but I never directly stated specifics. They just formed as I/they wanted to. Some of their traits were influenced by past experiences, some by their request, a small bit from the Touhou characters they're based on. But more than not they just developed naturally as I spent time with them. Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn. Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature.
