It should probably be christmas eve, so that everyone is off work/school, but not busy with christmas-y stuff (maybe). But what time? Maybe I need to collect some statistics on when the irc is most active so that I can tell when the most people will be there. Just for a general idea, could everyone post their timezone? I'm PST.
