Kalyrian January 17, 2015 January 17, 2015 Title pretty much says it all: I need some ideas for things that my Tulpa can do in wonderland while she's on her own. The two of us have been trying to come up with ideas, but we seem to be lacking in imagination for this, so I figured I'd ask for some from you guys. game is hard
Linkzelda January 17, 2015 January 17, 2015 You don't have to limit yourself to what she can do in the wonderland. You could affirm to her that she can go on in her own adventures in your head, and maybe tell you about them if you wanted to talk to her when you have time. Or you could let her expand the wonderland more so that there's more for her, and you to do. But I personally don't have a wonderland for the time being because there's all sorts of things you can experience with them in your head to give you a chance to recognize them more, and in turn (hopefully), them recognizing that you're recognizing them, and who knows, maybe that can help foster the belief of a person implicitly treating them as sentient when they have someone that can acknowledge them for that. Yeah, I guess that's probably one of the main issues I didn't want to touch upon in my OP. Thing is, I'm still quite nervous about the wonderland, and have trouble believing entirely that my Tulpa can go around and change stuff in it on her own when I'm not there. There are a few reasons behind this, but the main one is that I'm worried the wonderland doesn't really "run" while I'm not in it. Whenever I go back inside the wonderland after leaving, my Tulpa is often sitting or standing in the exact place inside her room, and the only difference is which of these places she's standing in: it's almost always one of a set. That's why I'm sort of having trouble letting her just go out and explore stuff. Probably explained that awfully, but yeah. game is hard

Darcmanish January 17, 2015 January 17, 2015 Lacie gets pretty bored when shes alone and think her world is boring, becuse she can do anything without a limitation. She usually plays piano and play some songs i know or create her own. Maybe you can try something like this, i think everyone can keep themselve busy with music. Lacie(my tulpa for my everydaylife and also my best friend) Noah together with Lynn are my spirituell tulpa´s im using for meditation Darcmanish Me Lacie´s and my progress report.
Linkzelda January 18, 2015 January 18, 2015 That's why I'm sort of having trouble letting her just go out and explore stuff. Probably explained that awfully' date=' but yeah.[/quote'] I think it’s perfectly fine for you to be worried about this. It’s like a host feeling they followed some kind of instruction, and somehow, their tulpas are on the ceiling instead. But does the actual position of where she is really make a difference for you though? I mean, it may seem like she’s always in a few positions at various locations within that confined space you presume is the case in your imagination, but I’m not sure how that’s a bad thing. I almost thought it was the same exact position at the same location all time (but even then, that's consistency to prep you to imagine what she can do next). And as for a wonderland “running,” or being self-regulated, this is really just an environment we’re talking about. Whatever changes occur, whether your tulpa tells you they intend on doing so, is really just a person furthering their tendency to feel that will happen, i.e., through expectations. So if you feel the wonderland can’t be run when you’re not in it, or even when you’re not actively imagining it in your head, maybe that’s why she’s just there in a few positions and locations all the time. But if you’re having these doubts and small fears of what can, or cannot happen while you’re not paying attention to your wonderland, it seems expanding the wonderland somehow, or other ways to feel assured she can do more than just stick around in one location is the way to go. I remember one guide submission a long time ago that suggested some form of symbolic interaction through the use of sending a letter to your tulpa, albeit it was for the intention of development. But in this circumstance, you could implicitly feel you’re sending a letter to your tulpa wishing them a pleasant experience in whatever goes on in your head. It might feel a little silly, and it probably is if you have those doubts lingering about, especially if you feel you might have a more genuine experience with her when you can recognize her doing things beyond the wonderland. Maybe you just don’t want your tulpa on the ceiling, and I say that to be analogous to those that just fear letting their tulpas have that kind of control to do whatever they want while the host just simply believes they can. So maybe something you could do is really see yourself as a spectator, and try to imagine what your tulpa is doing without much of criticizing, or needing to comprehend what’s going on. In other words, having a constant flow of thoughts and imagination about them run loose while you passively acknowledge them? But yeah, this is probably just horrible advice though since it’s really just showing you ways to develop affirmations to yourself that they can autonomously go about their life somewhere in your head without your constant and conscious awareness of that. Your problem, as you already know, is that your confidence is lacking in your wonderland. Figure out some way to give your tulpa the control that they need to make the wonderland how they want to. What are some of their hobbies and their likes? Put all that in there. You know, things like that. James: Hello, all!
