Hi there.

Yesterday, i made forcing session with my tulpa to train the visualisation. I noticed a progression, in some moments, my wonderland & my tulpa were as nice and détailled as a dream.

I took the opportunity to make a hug for my Tulpa and after this somes actions started to become stranger :

I felt the volume of my tulpa as if that i really had someone next to me (is this normal ?).

This action make me a little bit scared (i dont want to become schyzophren), and after this, i decide to go out to my wonderland and stop the forcing, but when i close my eyes, i saw the facial of my tulpa ...

Is this normal ?

Should i stop to make my tulpa ?

Edit: Maybe that my english is crappy or poor, i dont have habit to speak with this language... So don't blame me :)

Sounds like a bit of presense imposition. Schizophrenia is not something you can magically gain out of nowhere. What you should do is probably be happy that you got some responsy stuff!

Shade is the tulpa, [stuff]=her. Her form is: pegasus mlp pony with dark grey coat and black mane and tail.

If i dont make mistake, imposition is a very long way.

I guess there is a problem if i can have effect of imposition while my tulpa is still not relly developped (i can't hear her voice)

There's no reason why you can't have different parts of progress at different times. It's no problem to be experiencing some presence imposition stuff while your tulpa isn't talking yet.

We're all gonna make it brah.

Presense imposition is easy to do, especially not permament. What most people refer to as imposition is full package of visuals, presense, tectile, touch and permamency, which takes quite a while for most people.

I agree with nivereno and Stevie Irons. I haven't reached visual imposition yet, but sometimes I feel Fenchurch in the room with me. It's a good sign. It means you're thinking of your tulpa as a person.

Seeing your tulpa's face is also a good sign, which probably comes from forcing. I see things like that more when I meditate or practice visualization.

As nivereno said, you won't give yourself schizophrenia. Schizophrenia seems to be partly genetic, but it also seems to be connected with childhood experiences and drug use. So if you're not schizophrenic already, as long as you don't do lots of drugs, you won't become schizophrenic.

ok, so i'll still take a break of 2-3 days.

Sex with my Tulpa can cause problem ? I dont have created my tulpa for it, but she is really irresistible :s

You should not fuck anybody without their consent. For a tulpa to actually give consent they need to be independant and have a way of comunicating with you.

It can be hard creating a dichotomy with what could just be your imagination of sexual thoughts of them vs. some kind of virtual experiential reality where you're reveling in imaginary senses in said fornication with them. Just like how one may have sexual thoughts of someone in their quotidian life, but the thoughts themselves doesn't necessarily entail that they're raping the person physically.

If we were really serious about it in terms of physical sensations, in essence, it's just circling back to what's contained within your bodily sensations and what have you. The moral value for a "decent level" (which varies from person to person) of sentience to have subsequent action of sexual activities is subjective, and if anything, it's just a matter of taking ownership of any kind of repercussions that may, or may not ensue from both sides, if you wish.

Figuring out if they're independent or not shouldn't be limited on buzzwords of requiring sentience and independence when there's constant ambiguity on a scale that actually justifies the course of action in the first place. In other words, if you're at a dead-end on what to do with them, just be aware of your ability to make judgements and rationalizing with yearnings and such, and talk it out with them; our words alone shouldn't be the only dependent factor in creating an assurance that your tulpa is independent, sentient, and what have you to consider doing this.

IMO, when you learn to not undermine your competency in being able to come to terms with these challenging thoughts while knowing what you stand for, and what they stand for, at least it's a stepping stone towards the strive to have some rapport with them; sexual, or non-sexual.

I think feeling the presence of your tulpa next to you is good progress, this could also be trained by meditation.
