Thank you to all who responded to my last post.

I've been reading a lot and my question is, is it really possible to have a sentient, vocal tulpa in just three days? I haven't tried to create a tulpa yet, but I've been with Ramne for the last 25 years and he speaks tulpish. (He is my soulbond.) We have a form and a wonderland, and I guess my next question is, where do I go from there? Thanks in advance for all replys:)

What is "tulpish" exactly?

A wise question. I have no idea myself.

Some people find their tulpa to be sentient faster than others, and I've heard of people with tulpa that talk within a few hours; then again though, it's really up to the tulpamancer in question to guess and determine whether or whether not their tulpa is sentient yet.

A queer soulbonding system with tulpamantic influences.

It's a word some people use to describe the pre-vocal state when tulpas seem to just send out thoughts and ideas.

Also, OP, I'd wager that if you've been around a thoughtform, whatever its origins might be, for 25 years, than that kind of negates the whole time question you have.

If you're concerned about development (whatever that means anymore) just keep hanging out/interacting with your tulpa, if you're not concerned about development, then hang out and interact with your tulpa. It doesn't really get much harder than that, man.

We're all gonna make it brah.

I'm confused. Are you asking because you think you've developed a tulpa in only three days? Or because you want to know if it's possible for future reference?

Lots of people post threads here, concerned that a tulpa has developed "too quickly" when they manage to get one in only a matter of days if not sooner, but that does happen to some people. I've heard some call it an "insta-tulpa", and some people are in fact able to create one that quickly, and it's nothing to worry about. Tulpa-making comes more naturally to people who are writers or roleplayers, and it also tends to get easier with each tulpa you make (since your brain is already trained to think a certain way). I, for one, have been able to make my last few tulpas pretty quickly, on account of both having a writing/roleplaying background and having made multiple tulpas before. So, it's certainly possible.

Pinky is not a pony. She's an imp.

Sunray is an angel-imp. Ex is humanoid. Kael is a dragon. Magnum is a dog.

Sorry for the confusion. I was wondering if it's possible to create a tulpa that quickly, but you've answered my question. Thank you. I haven't actively tried to create one yet, but it may be happening anyway. I spend a LOT of time with my soulbond.

Yes, sometimes you can create tulpa unconsciously. It does happen. And, really, you might be able to confirm their sentience immediately, or you might have to wait for weeks or a month or two. Either way, there's no such thing as too quickly. ^^

I really wouldn't know from my own personal experience. Maybe? But, going with my gut feelings, I doubt it honestly. It certainly would be pretty amazing as that would be some serious brain power. Maybe it would work if that tulpa was already based on a very strong imaginary companion that had already been around a long time. In other words, much of the visualization process, and narrating, has already been done before an attempt is made to make the imaginary friend more apparently sentient.
