Have you ever had any bad habits such as smoking, drugs, eating too much, ect. That you was not able to stop until you had your tulpa

for example: Before my tulpa (Oguigi). I had a very bad habit of cracking my neck. She insisted

That I stop for my own well being. Everytime I was about to crack, she stopped me. Somedays was hard but in time the urges faded and now I feel better for it.

I await your post.

I had this terrible habit of thinking I was better than her at... anything ;_; She's working hard to put a stop to it. My having self-confidence, that is.

They are trying to get me to stop stressing out over some things, though they're more like guides than anything.

no

She calms me downs sometimes. But overall she is actually creating bad habits:

She loves food and now she keeps making me crave for McDonalds really bad.

Hmm not really. But we haven't even tried yet.

Maybe we can cure me from my addiction to bite of the skin of my lip and eat it.

Worth trying, i guess.

At Tulpa.info we do all our science from scratch; no hand holding.

Well, working on a tulpa severely helped with my OCD. It's a lot of mental work and leaves my brain 'tired' so it does't have a lot of time or energy to fixate on counting, or did I check the oven and other weird shit - so I guess that counts for habits.

Hmm, well, if you count chronic procrastination, then yes.

My shit actually gets done nowadays, it's very nice.
