I'm down from 3 sessions to 1 session per day now. His form has gained a little more detail, especially with the feet and hands. He doesn't give me pressure or pain so frequently anymore, but there's some tinnitus that comes and goes.

Haven't got any tinnitus lately, but I've gotten some pressure/pain in an "answering" manner; such as a few days ago, just before bed. I said "Goodnight Tulpa" and I felt a rather strong (but not unpleasant) pain in a small point in my head that lasted a few seconds.

Other than that, he's not really been there yesterday and today, it's like he's somewhere else. I'm not entirely sure if he can hear me narrating and all, but I'll go on with my plan anyway. Hope he's not gone for long.

I don't think pangs and headaches are a reliable way to communicate with your tulpa. It probably does show that they are at least awake and active, but it doesn't exactly prove that they can do the whole "Two pangs for yes, one for no" thing.

It's not been proven, so don't get your hopes up over it, but don't feel bad when he doesn't seem to respond either.

Yeah, the whole "Two pangs for yes, one for no" thing is rather unreliable, I agree. So I'm not "getting my hopes up", or anything, I know these things take their time. I'm just happy he's showing any kind of progress, and it'd take a lot to disappoint me, especially if it's him.

And my god he's getting "old", almost 30 solid forcing hours! It feels like just yesterday I did my first session. They grow up so fast ;w;

Maybe you should try left pangs versus right pangs, like right means yes left means no. While no qualitative results can truly be gleamed, I wholeheartedly believe that the pressures my tulpa gives me are accurate.

And they really do grow up so fast... It feels like just yesterday I was wondering if she'd ever be sentient. :3
