But I still managed to focus on the hypnosis, sort of imagining that there were birds and planes flying above me while being induced. T.C. July 22, 2012 July 22, 2012 Thank you, Dialogues for your script. I used it twice and it was great. When I used it for the first time it was like normal meditation, but visualization was easier for me. For the second time I listened to it when I was somewhat sleepy. In the middle of script I felt asleep for like 20 second and when I woke up my visualization was much more vivid and realistic than any visualization I ever experienced. Thank you.
newdarkage July 23, 2012 July 23, 2012 Dreamcloud, I think it is certainly possible. It sounds like an awesome scenario if they can pull it off effectively. I am done with the recording now. My voice cracks a couple of times, so I might record another version in the future, but this should be good enough for now. Updating OP. Thanks to your contribution, I have been able to enter a trance state for the very first time, whereas no other method did the trick. Granted, I have no experience in any exercises of the mind whatsoever; and I suffered from some severe muscle spasms throughout the session, but still, I was able to keep focused on an unprecedented scale. My tulpa hasn't been able to speak audibly yet, but that's most likely because she explicitly told me that she won't even try to do that before 7/24. No amount of hypnosis could break through that declaration, but we're both eager to try it again once the time arises.
