I'm still not sure what you're talking about. The whole point of this thread is to help people choose text colors that work well.

Lacquer, what I'm trying to say is that, I don't know why, but we put the codes to change the color, and the letters are still black.

I think you are doing it wrong, those codes works in another code and all of it is hidden in the moment you post it

 

[color=#FFA500]TEXT[/color]

That should be: TEXT

 

To get that code hit "New reply" button in order to view all the options, Quick reply is not enough. Now highlight the text that you write and then click the arrow next to the blue underlined "A", middle up of the text box.

Note that you will get a code of the color you choose and then you can replace it for whatever code you like in the Jean-luc's list. Be sure it's exactly how it's showed up here

Then you can preview it and see if works, and thats it
